Though his despicable underling Dr. Lugae resorted to underhanded tactics to deal with the King and Queen of Eblan, Rubicant always fought fairly with his enemies, seeking a good fight against worthy opponents. He even takes the courtesy of healing them before the match begins!

The fiend of fire's deadly Scorch attack is just as brutal in the Duelling League as it was against Cecil's group, overkilling all but the most resilient opponents to fire. And while his weakness to Ice may appear crippling at first glance, his cape permits him to heal from any Ice spell cast on him, as the hapless King of Figaro found out.
