The Fiend of Fire has fought many foes, but today's skirmish is in a different class altogether. Lenneth Valkyrie, Goddess of Creation, is a more worthy opponent than any Rubicant has ever known, perhaps the first time he has truly fought a being more powerful than himself - well, no, second, since this is a rematch. But, despite her vast powers and the destructive force contained within the Glance Reviver, she is no more durable now than before her ascension, meaning that Rubicant's Glare attack will still be highly effective against his foe. Whether this fells the Valkyrie or not, however, doesn't mitigate the fact that a battle of this calibur is a reward unto itself, and in victory or defeat this is a day of great honor for the Fiend of Fire. |

It has been a long time, Lenneth. The Goddess of Fate turned Goddess of Creation wields her trusty Glance Reviver once again to battle in the hallowed Godlike arena, ready to purify all those who oppose the designations of the gods. And Rubicante, the Fiend of Fire, is certainly a defiler of souls worthy of divine punishment. He may have a slight speed advantage in battle... however, Lenneth can severely weaken his Scorch attack with a fire-resisting garb, and her own durability will let her stay afloat by juggling castings of Heal and swordstrikes. Sooner than later, she will have a Nibelung Valesti ready to pierce through the evildoer, ending the match right there. With her divine powers, Lenneth is going to, once again, prove the might of Asgard in the league. |
Dunefar To everyone's surprise, it wasn't Odin, Freya or Thor that survived the flames of Ragnarok. It was a mere death goddess that endured the flames and defeated Loki. So how can the flames of a mere Archfiend singe Lenneth? Well, just make the fire hotter and hotter and hotter. Not even a Goddess can take Rubicant's burning Glare...after all, even if that fails, there's still the legs. NOTHING beats the legs of Rubicant. Ever. The end. Rubicant: 40 |
