Evans. Revered as a God by the followers of the St. Eva Church, opposed by the people of Cotland, and known for his amazing poetic skills despite being your standard evil psycho. When he comes in, anything that stands in his way is a "Nikanoru" as far as he's concerned... so long as his arrogance doesn't get the best of him. at least, as when he was defeated by a young half dragon.

His powers include a decent physical, instant death for eliminating healers, the ability to drain MP, and large HP reserves. A few unlucky draws have handed him a losing record, but with such powers at his disposal Evans intends to change that soon.
