Season 21, Week 1
Chris Lightfellow
(Suikoden III)

Deathevans wishes to bring death and silence to the world above Infinity. So the irony of his power being sealed away by the power of Silent Lake is both crushing and amusing. With a single speedy incantation from her True Water Rune, Chris will be able to instantly snatch the magic of Death from Deathevans' arsenal. Without the ability to instantly slay the Silver Maiden, this match becomes a battle of demonic thrusts versus schooled swordsmanship. In that kind of fight, the great hero of Zexen is without equal; Deathevans will fall not to G. Dragon, but the shining blade of Chris Lightfellow.

Evans’ return to the outside world shall be swift and deadly, and the first victim of his inexorable new world order will be that shining symbol of peace, light and prosperity, the Silver Maiden. The power of her True Water Rune can do little more than delay the inevitable by stopping Evans’ mighty magics, and while her armor prevents him from simply ripping her asunder, Evans can still cause serious injury with a single strike. Coupled with the sort of longevity one would expect from the descendant of Myria, Evans is well set for his final advent, and the world will tremble before him!

True Water Rune.

Deathevans is a creature of lies and death. His name fails in the face of the word 'True', let alone Silent Lake, massive criticals, and Chris having a defense score that would make an iron wall weep.

At least Deathevans can go get drunk with Melbu Frahma after and lament about endurance not bearing out against real power.
