The Eight-Stroke Sword, the mistress of slashers, the most dangerous hunter of Aiedo... and the most beautiful as well. All of these adjectives are key to addressing Alys Brangwin, the hot-headed Hunter who taught Chaz Ashley how to fight. She had a spoilerish fate in game, but in the DL, she has no qualms when it all boils down to slicing other people's necks for a victory. And that's probably the most accurate way to describe her duelling strategy - a fact that many League observers learned with dismay during Seasons 5 and 6, when her Death skill saw her effortlessly chop a Middle season (not to mention a well-esteemed Heavy) in half. Some may find Alys' methods rather tasteless, but the Hunter can just point to her general outcomes in the League to prove that she makes ends meet. After all, inefficiency isn't conductive to money-making, correct?
