Jowy Atreides (Suikoden II) vs Dinah (Unicorn Overlord) - Magic is evadable in UO, even multitarget spells. So...I think she just wins??? Unless suiko2 magic or Jowy's specifically can't miss ever? I think this entirely depends on if his magic would count as "Truestrike" in UO terms or not. Which it's been long enough since I played S2 that I'm on, but leaning no?

Hunter (Final Fantasy V) vs Timerra w/Ike (Fire Emblem Engage) - I suspect the P.dur is too much? But her damage, even with Ike, isn't exactly great, so I could be pretty easily convinced to switch votes. Not really thinking about this one too hard.
Samurai (Final Fantasy Tactics) vs Virginia (Unicorn Overlord) - Samurai probably counts as "armored", but Blade Grasp would still be more Evade than it would Guard. However, there's just no way around a fatal Maiden's Hammer counter at some point.

Ninetails (Pokemon Gen 4) vs Yahna (Unicorn Overlord) - This one makes me want to pull my hair out. Ninetails resists ice and has great SpDef and is absolutely faster...but Quick Cast means Yahna goes first and freezes. HOWEVER that only works for turn 1, and Ninetails will eventually double and get to act. Has to put up Safeguard, at which point Yahna swaps to magic missile for...slightly more damage(still hits that SpDef) until the Safeguard wears off. Does Ninetails have the HP to stage a comeback at that point? I have no idea! I hate everything about this fight!
Canas (Fire Emblem: Blazing Blade) vs Glenn (Chained Echoes) - HUMAN KILLER to the rescue!? Between All Break and his own parasitic healing, I think Glenn handles this despite the counters?

Loki (Valkyrie Profile) vs Axel (Disgaea 7: Vows of the Virtueless) - Kneejerk that Axel struggles more with Loki's defense than Loki would with Axel's evasion.

Hunter (Final Fantasy V) vs Timerra w/Ike (Fire Emblem Engage) - Hunter goes first and has 2HKO ITD via Rapidfire... except Laguz Friend won't care about the ITD part so Hunter 3HKOs in practice.  Timerra won't double with anything under the Smash weapon average... but honestly I don't think it matters, Timerra has a 2HKO here since Hunter is frail and shouldn't be doubled using it even if you see a randotargetting skill like Rapidfire being able to trigger follow-ups in the first place.
Samurai (Final Fantasy Tactics) vs Virginia (Unicorn Overlord) - Surely.  Blade Grasp foils basic attacks but 2 AP moves aren't basic.
Ike (Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance) vs Assassin (Fell Seal: Arbiter's Mark)

Palmer (Final Fantasy VII) vs Linny Barliar (Front Mission 3) - Linny is a touch under average durability using the full HP average, so Palmer 4HKOs him. On the other hand...Linny 5HKOs? 6HKOs? Let's say 6HKO to give Palmer the benefit. So Linny has great threat range (about the only thing he is good at) due to Missiles have huge range and will go first. If he 5HKOs, he will get there before Palmer and wins this damage "race". On the other hand, if he 6HKOs...he still might manage. When you factor in that Linny has like 24% base evasion (to everything), a 63% chance to trigger Escape and render one of Palmer's turns null, Palmer not necessarily being able to choose his own element which matters since Linny can resist Fire by 40% - the odds seem to favor him! I thought Palmer might have some evasion which would put this back up in the air but there's no documentation of it in the stat topic, so maybe that's a TF7 thing. But holy shit, this is awful.
Lucius (Fire Emblem: Blazing Blade) vs Azura (Fire Emblem: Fates) - Better threat range, goes first and 2HKOs first. Seems pretty cut and dry.

Smithy (Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars) vs Phantom (Bravely Default II) - Like, Phantom kinda HAS to open with Flit, otherwise they get OHKOed (yes, their pdur is that bad), even assuming the ID is physical, so Smithy turns into mage head, Phantom can only do a brave blitz and... that's just 1.23x PC HP, that is NOT enough to OHKO mage head even with its egregious pdef. Meanwhile, Dark Star melts Phantom's face.

Frog (Chrono Trigger) vs Melodia (Bahamut Lagoon) - Huge resource disparity in practice. Melodia's main damage drains and it's better healing than the usual 30% of her HP because Frog's mdef is kinda crummy, but Melodia 5HKOs him off it and can only use it about seven times. Frog also hits the right defense stat and is faster while having more damage to begin with.
