Lenneth Valkyrie (Valkyrie Profile Series) vs Dialga (Pokémon): Lenneth is tough enough to survive a Roar of Time, and Dialga has no protection from Code Break. VP1 Lenneth loses this pretty decisively, granted.

That mostly means I was actually on the ball there, since picking top 20 voting games to balance out "this game came out last week" is a basic design guideline of the tourney.  The delicious abundance of pokeymans helps I'm sure.

Auron (Final Fantasy X) vs Fang (Final Fantasy XIII) Pain Pain Pain Pain Pain until it sticks and Auron is utterly screwed.  But I don't think it even matters; Fang outslugs here with Slow/Deprotect anyway due to the utterly brutal turnsplit on slowed Auron attempting to use Breaks and getting even slower.
Georg Prime (Suikoden Series) vs Brigette 'Rosie' Stark (Valkyria Chronicles) - Huh.  The SuikoV stat topic antihypes Georg's physical a good deal; a crit isn't enough to OHKO average, and Georg just 2HKOs average with regular / crit.  Not sure I entirely buy that, but anway this means Atk-Down nonsense is go.  (+ Grenades do super damage because they're magic?!).

Middle

Gardevoir (Pokémon) vs Stocke (Radiant Historia)
Maybe I'll vote on this later if I look up Gardevoir + get farther in RH.

Feebas (Pokémon) vs Farmer (Etrian Odyssey III: The Drowned City) - ...what is this i can't even begin to anything. I.. have been really tempted lately to allow easy-to-get TMs and HMs for Pokemon, which would give Feebas Surf but.. he might win regardless. Since I don't see binds working here, the Farmer's best bet is to lower Feebas' attack and then try to kill from there, but starting with Tackle and then switching to Flail, what with the Farmer's low attack, might actually give Feebas enough room to win. The alternative is for the Farmer to use Lullaby, but that's a 100% chance for him to fall asleep and a 60% chance for Feebas to, so... yeah, this fight is a joke. >.<
Zubat (Pokémon) vs Swoobat (Pokémon) - Lol. Both hit weakness and are otherwise pathetic, but Swoobat is evolved and, as such, has higher speed. Zubat has a chance at flinch, I guess, but I'm not gonna hype it since he's slower, and that's enough to destroy that chance in-game. (Besides, if they're both Pokemon, I'm holding them specifically to Pokemon system, meaning turn-based and no flinch for Zubat.)

Delita Hyral (Final Fantasy Tactics) vs Adelle (Final Fantasy Tactics A2)- Superior slugger. Adelle's status isn't good enought o win her this.
Georg Prime (Suikoden Series) vs Brigette 'Rosie' Stark (Valkyria Chronicles)- Attack down completely fucks Georg's offense up. And even if Georg OHKOed average, shocktroopers are pretty damn durable.

At PC magic does not hit defense (enemy magic does), so it is essentially ITD.

Delita Hyral (Final Fantasy Tactics) vs Adelle (Final Fantasy Tactics A2) - Not really sure what Adelle's doing in Heavy.  That her status is either not useful (Charm) or attached to physical damage (Slow/Addle/Confuse) and hence ramming into evade, and at any rate turn 2 at best unless I'm missing something isn't helping her, considering Delita just straight up 2HKOs.  I don't let him change equips but since neither Flash Hats or Thief Hats are available for that battle I don't hold them against him either (though how much does having generics in the average change speed?  Stat topic doesn't say), so it's questionable as to whether Adelle is even faster here (remember, Holy Knight Delita has a 110 SpM), as she's 91 to an 88 average.  Since he doesn't have an Ice Brand, it doesn't matter (his equips are Rune Blade/Platina Shield/Circlet/Carabini Mail/Bracer, for reference, since Crystal Mail/Helmets are also unavailable for that battle, this doesn't affect his HP much to me, either).

Middle

Gardevoir (Pokémon) vs Stocke (Radiant Historia) - Can block sleep (heck, even letting him have only one Sky Drop would make all the difference here to me) and has the offensive variety to render Garde's defensive game less effective.
Tifa Lockheart (Final Fantasy VII) vs Mavelle Foresson (Star Ocean: First Departure) - No idea.  Arc Crystal may let Marvel put up a fight here but uh...

Both versions of Star Ocean/Dragon Quest remakes are valid.  I just don't write out the alternate names because of laziness and to save space.  Granted, you know that and just like to complain, but anyway~

(So yes, that's also Someone (Dragon Quest VI) and Marvel Frozen (Star Ocean), or whatever the technically acurate names are.  One reason I use remake data, I can easily look up accurate names because they dont' vary from patch to patch and player to player)

Lenneth Valkyrie (Valkyrie Profile Series) vs Dialga (Pokémon): Pretty sure roar of time does OHKO either form. Even without that, though, Pressure makes trying to win with code break spam a pretty difficult strategy, so Dialga has time to 2HKO with something else + roar.

Middle

Gardevoir (Pokémon) vs Stocke (Radiant Historia): Stocke takes Historica here. That way he's faster and they both 3HKO. That first power wave is a pretty high 3HKO too (close to 50%), so I can't imagine Gardevoir growling itself to safety, especially with G-Fire as a backup plan.

Beatrice (Wild ARMs 3) vs Denam Pavel (Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together) - Lord class lets Denam pretty much shrug off anything Beatrice can throw at him. He can gtet Resist Sleep which should buy him enough time. He can probably immune sleep with a combination of equipment too but I'll check into that. EDIT: Yep, he can make a Sleepproof Shield (Aspis +1) easily enough. Win!

Alakazam (Pokémon) vs Carver (Dragon Quest VI: Realms of Revelation) - Double Up OHKOs. DQ6o loses I think, since without initiative Double-Up Zam can get Reflect up in time.

Zubat (Pokémon) vs Swoobat (Pokémon) - Swoobat is equal/better in literally every single stat and has STAB Psychic to hit weakness here. Zubat has... Confuse Ray. Um, yeah.

EDIT: Wait, this is Swoobat, not Woobat? Bad CK, throwing a megaslaughter like this at us.

Magic hits the same defense stat as physicals.  The PC magic ignores it.

So PC Defense serves as Mdef, while enemy Def does not? Unless there is some instance of PC magic hitting enemy defense stats, but I think Reyvateil magic was the only 'magic'...

There are a number of "physical" classed songs that also ignore defense.

Magikarp (Pokémon) vs Papillon (La Pucelle: Tactics)- SUpposing Magikarp was faster, it deals 42 damage to Papillon's converted HP of 57.  One of the flails would have to critical for magikarp to win.  I like that it's so close though.
