After taking down the best Middle had to offer, our new champion Sharon is ready to cut a similar swath across Heavy! In the first of several matches that puts the Wind Rune users of Suikoden against the denizens of the worlds of Final Fantasy, the dragon girl takes on the mysteriously gendered Quina. What isn’t so mysterious is the fate of the battle; Quina’s poor speed, inaccurate status, and lack of anti-instant death measures should make it easy for Sharon’s quick spear swipes or Funeral Wind to send Quina back to the kitchen! Even Quina’s best trick in Night can just be laughed off by a Yellow Scarf, to boot - making things very easy for the Dragon Knight girl!

The long-tongued gourmet of unknown gender returns, but alas, there are no frogs to be had in this match. However, there might be a tasty treat of white dragon afterwards if Quina wins! And that task won't be hard to do. After all, Sharon's hitting a big obstacle in the Robe of Lords, which makes Quina immune to all of her Wind Attacks. From there, Bad Breath will make the dragon girl a blind, shrunken mess, Magic Hammer will get rid of her healing, White Wind or Vanish will be enough to beat Sharon's rather sad physicals, and Frog Drop will ignore her impressive defenses.
