Season 48, Week 1
Graham Cray
(Suikoden IV)

The mighty baker is no fool. Defeated seasons ago and cast away by some, he has merely been biding his time until he could return, unleashing his wrath upon the unsuspecting denizens of Middle. Wielding his terrifying metal hand and a plethora of magical tricks, Graham Cray will rampage towards victory! The weak little knight Fred Maximillian is not even worth the sweat on Cray's brow after a long day of hoing. A Soaring Bolt will elecrtify Fred in an instant, turning the armoured knight into a tasty fried piece of meat. With the magical Shield of Might at his beck and call turning Fred's blows into mere pin-pricks, and a victory for Cray shall be easily baked.

While Fred may not have the wits to match Graham Cray, he certainly makes it up with his massive brawn. His trademark defense and evasion may not be too useful here, but his sword will certainly be enough to take down the evildoer! Well, his sword and his trusty Thunder Sword Rune. Not only does it allow him to either buff his attack or resist lightning, which includes Graham Cray's Soaring Bolt, but it lets him attack that turn and massively speeds him up! And given that Graham Cray is outpaced by a three-legged turtle, Fred will be running rings around the mad baker with his flashing blade ready to smite darkness.

Graham Cray was confident.

Graham Cray was, indeed, angered by this travesty.

Graham Cray was fighting a lowly Middle? A man who couldn't possibly hold a candle to his might? A generic knight without even a stationary kingdom? Preposterous.

Graham Cray was shown a diagram showing how Melbu Frahma, a final boss, could potentially lose to Malak Galthana.

Graham Cray promptly forfeited.

No point in risking that kind of humiliation.
