Society as it is now is filled with evil that's embedded all the way to the very core. However, to destroy said evil in the name of justice is hypocritical, for isn't the very nature of destruction evil as well? What is a righteous knight to do before this quandary?

The answer is simple. You allow yourself to use evil in order to destroy evil, in the hopes that your act had purged more evil from society than you had let in. This is the code of the Maximillian Knights, and the path that Isabel had followed for nearly all her life.

Needles to say, this makes her very dangerous in the arena. Having dedicated her blade to exterminating evil, Isabel's sword cleaves evil and cleaves evil good (not to mention heads, torsos, and other cleavable body parts). She dishes hits like tank and she takes hits like a tank, and if you happen to be one of the many amoral denizens in the DL, well... you best make sure she doesn't catch you. She might not even leave enough remains for her companion to toss in a nearby body of water after she's done.
