The bearer of the Ferocious Star, Hervey is the resident quick-tempered one of the Island Republic's Chiki/Chimou duo. While some may wonder how a pirate can share the same star as the knights of future wars, his abilities as one of the heads of his crew and his fierce loyalty to his lady Kika easily puts these doubts to rest.

Despite being a man of the sea, Hervey's battle skills revolve around fire. Lots, and lots of fire. Oh, and his skills with a blade, but mostly fire. It's a simple tactic, but a very effective one, especially in a division such as Light.
