Kasim Hazil was a loyal general of the Scarlet Moon Empire, even given the proud title ‘Kasim of the Blue Moon’. His bravery and skill are unmatched, and once he decides to join the Toran Liberation Army, he is a great asset to the team. He simply wants to help his Lord Barbarossa at all costs, and ends up fighting against him in the heat of battle. In a duel, he doesn’t do much. He takes hits well, he critical attacks a lot more than your average fighter, and even his normal physical isn’t bad either. It shouldn’t be too hard for him to find a win.
