Tosh is a man with honor. Possessing the soul of a samurai, he fights for justice… while making it look really, really good in the process. After joining in Arc's quest to save the world, Tosh brings the ability to lay tremendous suffering on any foes dumb enough to stand in his way. He is a red headed, hard hitting, smart mouthing man who knows how to handle his enemies.

Tosh's one drawback is his inability to handle multiple foes at once, which fortunately enough means absolutely nothing in the DL. In addition to possessing great damage with which to smite things, Tosh can halve his enemies‘ stats with the Monji slash, turning even mighty warriors into helpless lambs. Tosh's sword is a thing of both beauty and terror, and he intends to make the rest of the DL realize it.
