Cagnazzo's opponent is an ice mage. Fighting ice users SHOULD be Cagnazzo's specialty, but, unfortunately, he has a weakness to ice. Luckily, while charging Big Wave, he loses that weakness, giving him the edge in his battle. Cagnazzo also has some healing, which will surely come in handy stalling against the MP-reliant Mia. The water fiend should be able to defeat Mia, and prove once and for all the power of aquatic turtles.
