Season 20, Week 2
Joker
(Suikoden III)

The beginning of Joker's run through Light will be no laughing matter, though flame-broiled midget does sound tempting. The oldest and one of Geddoe's greatest, Joker possesses not only a knack for dealing with morons (among whose numbers Roger just so happens to be counted), but also a knack for burning things extra crispy. Roger is short and wears metal armor...that adds up to a perfect rotisserie oven to roast the little midget alive. Explosions of burning flames will scorch the tiny man over and over, turning him into little more than a Christmas dinner entree.

Roger may be vertically challenged, but this little scamp is ready to prove that height and ability aren’t the same thing. His opponent may have several feet on him, but he lacks the skill, speed, and power that Roger’s spiked helm can deliver. The mercenary may unleash powerful fire magic, but with only 2 shots of Explosion, Joker poses little threat to the great Surferian. And if Roger’s powerful Land Mines and Starfall techs weren’t already enough to seal Joker’s fate, their MP damage will leave Joker bereft of any magic spells. Truly, when the dust settles, Joker will have little to laugh about.

Sometimes in life, a real man must learn to stand up and take whatever's dished out.

However, as we all know, Roger fails at being a real man, despite how much he talks about it. He ended up in a cage trying to win his little contest, after all.

Therefore, this proves that he was stupid enough to fall for Joker challenging him to a manly competition.

Namely, Joker offered the kid a bottle and told him if he could down the whole thing, he'd forfiet.

Last anyone saw of Roger, he was flying on a high trajectory out of the arena stands after pinching Sofia's....ah....after pinching Sofia, while Joker walked off, laughing, the mostly-full bottle still in hand.
