Hrist is known for many things. She cannot hit the broad side of a mountain. She snaps like a twig if you so much as blow on her. If she hits Jogurt (which may take a while due to the first fact) he could probably survive her attack before poking her to death (due to the second fact). Yes, Hrist is bad. So bad that she's considered one of the lowest ranked duelers in the DL. However, she is also a Valkyrie, a goddess in her own right! Nanami on the other hand, is but a mortal, a mere slip of a girl! That has got to count for something, right? After all, when was the last time a simple human defeated one of the divine? |

Nanami may not look like it, but she is a veteran of battle. Having served alongside her foster-brother Riou in the Dunan Unification War, she's seen more than her fair share of combat, and is quite a nimble fighter to boot. Underestimating her due to her appearance would certainly prove to be the downfall of an opponent. But her experience and agility are hardly needed in today's duel. Because this week, Nanami's opponent is Hrist, the infamously inaccurate valkyrie who has trouble beating mages to death, much less fighters. Nanami may as well do this one blindfolded, just to give her foe a sporting chance. |
chipstick85 Hrist heard that she and Yogurt were in the opening week of the season together. She quickly ran check the postings, knowing that if she got Jogurt she could win a match. Upon arriving at the postings Hrist saw that she wasn't matched with the little fuzzball... reaching into her pocket and pulling out her razor, Hrist went back to her bathroom.
