A shining hero appears at last, clad in Pearl Armor and holding the legendary Dual Blade aloft. Maxim's presence has long been absent from the League, but no longer! He has returned, intent on redeeming his reputation as a fighter! His first test is Purim, a potent mage from Secret of Mana. While she will has any number of magical tricks to throw at the veteran warrior, and an impressive array of statuses to boot, Maxim has his own tricks. And they'll win the day. All he needs is to build up the IP for one shot of Wave Motion, and the power of the Dual Blade will cut down Purim and claim a victory. |

Harem pants and cute looks - what else do you need to win a fight? Well, to Purim, the answer is the power of the spirits of Mana, and one of the most fearsome spell rosters in the League! And all of that shall topple the straightforward warrior Maxim with ease. He can't even protect himself from the Burn effects of Flame Bouquet, or so much as touch her with his sword after she uses Lucent Barrier. Maxim can do nothing but bow and pledge fealty to the power of puffy harem pants! This match is little more than a warm-up for Purim, who will acessorize with a Heavy belt this season! |
superaielman While Maxim's a grizzled warrior and champion of the everyman, there's something he's not good at: dealing with women. Look at his track record with Tia. All it takes is a flash of the harem pants and a stream of incomprehenable gibber about 'feelings' to get Maxim to run screaming out of the arena, wishing he had draw a nicer, easier to handle fight.
