Stay out of the spotlight? Take defeat lying down? Never! With the will to suppress Rhapthorne himself, the swordskills and magic of a Templar Knight, and the craftiness of a trickster god, Marcello's not going to let some simple fool get the best of him. Lloyd's logic of two swords being better than one is pretty fallible, especially when his opponent commands some powerful magic on the side: opening a gate to the heavens allows Marcello to strike at Lloyd's ever so shoddy magical resilience, ripping him apart with little impunity. A few Templar spells should end this fight quickly and easily, just the way Marcello likes it.

 Lloyd's seen it all in his day. After taking down Mithos, other challenges lack real power. An overblown cleric with a evil staff doesn't even phase this young adventurer at all. Waves of ice, terrific blows, blah blah blah blah whatevs. What can Marcello do when Lloyd runs in and unleashes Swam after Swarm after Swarm combination? Not much but die, really. It's worked for Lloyd since day one, so why should Marcello be any different? It's not like his Healmore spell will offset Lloyd's damage, or that his icy waves will dispel any significant effects on him. There's no reason at all Lloyd will be slowed down by Marcello.

Lloyd may have shoddy magic resistance, but he does have mumbane to decrease elemental demage, and all he would have to do is guardian the first spell, close the gap, and start tech spamming. Rising Falcon and jet boots get him in close in no time.
