While her opponent might be known for the SEBEC Scandal, Queen Zeal is known for something much greater than destroying a town from her lust for power; She nearly destroyed the entire world by summoning Lavos. While she cannot summon the porcupine-shaped destroyer of worlds in this battle, her array of various Elemental magic attacks will be able to pierce through Guido's defenses, stalwart as they may be. No matter how resistant Guido might be to even her strongest magics, Queen Zeal can rely on her speed and durability to make sure she won't go under quickly. Hexagon Mist, Skygate and Dark Gear will eventually chip away at the reborn businessman until he is left beaten for the third time in his career. |

Long before Enron, there was the SEBEC scandal. The man behind the corruption makes his debut in the RPGDL this week, ready and willing to show the whole world his true power. Though he's waited a long time, he's still quite pleased with his first match. Blessed (or possibly cursed), with the power of Nyarlathotep, Guido is so resilient to damage of any sort that he puts the famed Luca Blight to shame, and these formidable defenses will be a major hurdle for Queen Zeal to o'erleap. And while her offensive power will be rendered nigh-worthless, Guido's powerful Wheel of Time will still put a significant hurt on the Enlightened Queen. With all the advantages in this match, Guido Kandori will shred the helpless Zeal like so many incriminating documents. |
Guruuvu no Akujin I have to go with Guido, though Zeal is pretty strong for Chrono Trigger standards. That says veruy little of course. One time god and one time posessed of the ultimate evil seems to edge out a victory. Plus, he wears those stupid sunglasses all the damn time and he really knows how to screw with reality.
