Watched Overman King Gainer. I like it.

If I have any problems the main one would be that there are nowhere near enough railway business shenanigans >_> Also the plot starts to meander into incoherency a bit in the later half. The Asuham subplot coming to a crashing halt with a bad joke is not especially endearing either.

Toradora - Far better than your standard shonen romantic comedy, for all that's worth (i.e. not an insult to women everywhere). Not a bad show, if you like that sort of thing. Soppys take note, the ending (and by that I mean starting at BUY SOAP in the next to last episode) is actually pretty good.

That's why I said women everywhere as opposed to just women. I don't know that there is an anime romantic comedy out there not insulting to women, and that includes shoujo ones (hi, Marmalade Boy). Still, it's a far cry from Love Hina.

EDIT: this is not to suggest that there are any romantic comedies of any sort that are not insulting on some level. (or many levels, hi Grey's Anatomy)

Steel Ball Run- Why am I not so surprised that Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap is a parallel world hax?? After so many JoJo last boss with time hax, somehow it makes sense that there is finally one with space hax... at the same time even more broken then King Cremelin. And why is Dio not going ZA WARUDO yet? You know this HAS to happen.

Excel Saga - Few episodes in, this could be funny if it dropped like the main characters. Kind of fail there. Since Nabeshin is the highlight so far it means I should probably just be watching Lupin instead. Oh well. Generally speaking just tries a bit too hard.

Well the more time I spend thinking about it the more I like it and the less I like the main character and plot. So ... yeah. Might have to go out and buy Lupin sometime.

Space Butler was cool though.

Rewatched Big O season 2.

It was also better than my mind had been telling myself, although still easily inferior to the first season.

Watched TIC Tylor.

Pretty awesome all up. Some episodes are of dubious quality (the one with the ghosts, and Tylor's War/Exceptional Episode) but on the whole it's great. Given the followup shows it seems like they were trying to make it into a franchise, which seems to have sort of worked, but also means that the world as a whole was left on a cliffhanger, although this is assuming that the original books didn't go past that point either (assuming they even covered Eternity).

I especially like how a lot of the followups get linked to each other, albiet some of them somewhat tenuously, in Eternity. They may be my favourite part of the serieses, although Eternity does have Tylor being somewhat overly competent.
