I'm bored and have free time, so might as well do an insane stat topic!  The hero was built up as average, or how he should be.  Magic stats are useless on him, since he has no magic, and there a shitload of Luck Essences found in Tokyo Destiny Land...enough that he doesn't need much extra boosting to get good item drop rates.  Other than that, all the stats that are high are the ones that play well to his in-game abilities.  Also, he's given Neutral path equipment, since the Neutral path is canon in the SMT universe.

The heroine's stats look low because she joins at level ~10 with the stats of a level one character. 

For the devils I'm listing, I'm just using the highest level that can be summoned (Level 75 or below) of each of the different classes.  Seems like the easiest way.

Notes on stats:

Level:  Represents power.  Also used as a function in some stats.
HP:  How much you can take
MP:  How many spells you can cast

Strength:  Affects Attack, Accuracy, and Defense
Intelligence:  Affects Evade, Magic Power, Magic Effect, and the likelihood of befriending a devil.
Magic:  Affects Magic Power and Magic Effect
Stamina:  Affects Attack and Defense
Speed:  Affects Accuracy, Evade, and turn order.
Luck:  Affects anything that takes random chance
(These stats range from 1 to 40)

Attack:  How much damage you deal with a physical attack.  Attack = (Stamina/4) + (Level - 19) + (Strength x3 [devils] OR Strength [humans])
Accuracy:  Ability to hit things more often.  Accuracy = (Strength/4) + Speed
Defense:  Reduces *all* damage taken.  Defense = (Stamina x2) + (Power/4) + (Level - 19)
Evade:  Ability to avoid a physical attack.  Evade = (Intelligence/8) + Speed
Magic Power:  Factors into magical damage or magical healing.  Magic Power = (Intelligence/8) + Magic
Magic Effect:  Affects the likelihood of a spell effect working.  Magic Effect = (Magic/8) + Intelligence
(Not sure of the cap on the derived stats)

Human equipment can further augment these stats.

Summon Minion:  Summon any devil currently allied (See list below), up to a max of 5.  Can have any 12 devils allied at a time.
Devil Analyze:  Look at enemy stats (Does not use a turn)

Comments:  Sick, sick, physical damage.  Fast as hell, and can summon up to 5 devil allies to aid him in battle.  He can only have 12 devils allied at any one time.  Devil summoning replaces the magic command, so he can't use magic, a fairly big drawback.  Nothing to stop him from summoning a devil ally that can use magic, however, but it does take a turn.  He also makes Ness cry when it comes to durability.  His HP and Defense (Defense reduces Magic damage) values are insane.

Comments:  The heroine is a healing battery, and her defense is solid.  However, her HP is pretty shitty, and most of her magic is fluff.  She can try to win a war of attrition with her solid damage and healing, or cheese the opponent by spamlocking them to death with Zionga.

Rank:  Heavy.  Really damn versatile.

Rank:  High Middle.  Durability isn't good enough to make Taru-Kaja obscene, Toraport is absolute shit.  Would be awesome in a team-match, though.

Rank:  High Middle.  Awesome skillset doesn't save his bad stats, and he's liable to easily get heal-locked in Heavy.
