Equal exp stats, because someone might be interested in this and they haven't been posted and the other topic is too big already.

Stats:
HP: Keep these to not die from being smitten.
Str: Smite dudes harder with swords.
Mgc: Smite dudes harder with magic.
Skl: Smite dudes more accurately as well as critically smite dudes in the nads.
Spd: Smite dudes faster.
Lck: Avoid critical smites to the nads.
Def: Get smitten less hard with swords.
Res: Get smitten less hard with magic.

General Assumptions:
-Damage figures are taken against 25 Def/Res, which is what enemies average at endgame.  You could argue that they be taken as lower (Res in particular), but.
-Similarly, enemies are taken at 170 Hit, 86 Evade, and 25 Crit Evade.
-Averages are listed in order of unshifted laguz, halfshifted laguz, fullshifted laguz, and non-royal laguz thrown out.  The exceptions are the raw hit average, which assumes only fullshifted laguz (except for Volug since halfshift is legal for him) and making one with non-royal laguz thrown out probably isn't going to be worth my time to account for, and threat range which I either threw non-royal laguz out of or took them all fullshifted for, I honestly forget. Herons are not listed for reasons that I should hope are obvious to anyone who has played the game.  Don't use unshifted damage averages even if you take non-royal laguz as starting unshifted, though I don't think anyone does.
-Mastery skills for laguz who do not have a claim to a Satori Sign will be listed in italics, except for Vika/Kurthnaga/Ena, who are taken at below Lv30 and are thus unable to use one.  They will not be factored into any damage average however as I do not allow them.
-Skill activation rates are truncated to the nearest whole number.
-I was more restrictive with weapon ranks.  A number of laguz were taken at lower Strike rank, dragons in particular are taken at base rank, and a few beorc are denied access to higher ranked weapons in their secondary weapon categories.
-Forgeable weapons are assumed with +5 Mt.
-Plot gifted/initial inventory weapons are assumed, plot gifted skill scrolls are not but will be listed in italics for great Micaiah hype*.
-Single shot average assumes strongest allowed Mt regardless of accuracy except in cases of egregious accuracy failure (defined as sub-60 raw hit(sup Tormod)), except for characters with Nosferatu, brave weapons, and Edward/Leonardo/Nolan (Leonardo wants the +5 speed, Nolan wants to fix his accuracy issues and likes the extra defense, Edward largely just to be consistant with factoring in weapons that boost stats when equipped), and does not factor in crits or skill activations.  I'd do an adjusted average but I can't make myself care enough.  Please note that the unshifted unadjusted damage average is pretty low, so if you're going to use it, do so with caution.
-PC durabilities are listed assuming unshifted averages only, because seriously, calcing four seperate durability figures is a giant pain.

Strikes:
Strikes are weapons used specifically by laguz.  They are always equipped, unbreakable and their stats increase as their weapon level.  They also are, with the exception of White Breath, physical.  All strikes 1 Range unless specified otherwise.  Due to the low availability of certain laguz and rate at which Strike rank increases (1 WEXP forever whee) not all laguz are assumed to have SS Rank there.  Notably, all dragons are assumed to have base Strike rank and Muarim, Vika, and Nealuchi are assumed to have S rank in Strikes.  Strikes can only used while transformed.  While untransformed, laguz can only counter with effectively 0 Mt.

If you disagree with the chosen weapon levels for Muarim/Vika/Nealuchi and wish to take them at SS Rank, add 5 to their damage.  Same goes for taking dragons at higher weapon ranks, add 5 Mt and 10 for each rank you want to take them at above the ones I've listed for them.

Staves:
Users: Light Priestess, Valkyrie, Saint, Queen, Empress, Arch Sage, Chancellor
Unlike previous FE games, you can actually equip staves.  They are physical weapons that can only be used as Range 1 counters, all with 1 Might so they struggle to break defense, if they do at all.  However, they all have passive effects that kick in while equipped.  As such, they're kind of worth mentioning for reasons outside of RPGmon.  Note that Staves cannot target the user still, so that effect only matters for team matches unless otherwise noted.

Recover: 25 HP Regen at the beginning of each turn when equipped.  Fully restores an ally's HP.  Range 1.
Barrier: Adds +3 Spd and +1 Def when equpped. Raises an ally's Res by 7.  Res increase decays by 1 each turn after application.  Range 1.
Restore: Fully Heals user of all status effects when at the beginning of each turn when equipped.  Heals ally of all status.  Range 1
*Silence: Heals user from Silence at the start of each turn when equipped.  Inflicts Silence.  Range equal to half the user's Mgc stat.  Oliver only.
**Sleep: Heals user from Sleep at the beginning of each turn when equipped.  Inflicts Sleep.  Range equal to half the user's Mgc stat.  Laura only.
***Ashera Staff: Adds +5 Def when equipped.  Heals all status and HP of allied units (user included) on the field.  Lehran only.

Luck: Status resistance.  Not terribly significant given the numbers present.
Ve/Ma/Ju/Me Power: Determines how hard things are blasted things with magicpsynergy.  Caps at 200.  Does not involve stock footage of transformation sequences.
Ve/Ma/Ju/Me Resist: Determines how well things can withstand being blasted with magicpsynergy.  Also caps at 200.

General Assumptions:
-For each character, I have assumed 9 (which is the maximum each person can have at once) djinn of their innate element.  For Matthew/Karis/Tyrell/Rief, they get the djinn that are available before the other adept of their element joins, then they all get djinn in a somewhat arbitrary alternating fashion.  Djinn allocated in this fashion have been marked in brackets, and a seperate average will be listed for those who disallow them.
-To elaborate, there are 12 Venus djinn before Himi joins, so Matthew gets the first nine, then Himi gets the leftover 3 in addition to the ones she starts with, then gets the ones that remain.  Likewise, there are 9 Jupiter djinn before Sveta permamently joins, so Karis gets those, leaving Sveta with the rest.  However, since there are only 7 Mars djinn before Eoleo joins and 3 Mercury djinn before Amiti joins, they have to alternate and are adversely affected should you choose to disallow this. (Rief/Amiti for Puny in that case).
-All characters are taken at Lv44.  This assumes no optional stuff and could well be taken as higher.  As such I will be listing Yamikei-clausable skills and factoring into the average.  Helps that the highest leveled skill is something like 50.
-Mechanical assumptions are based the assumption that the core mechanics of GS1/2 have not changed.  I think this is a reasonable assumption <_<.
-Physical damage is taken against 216 Defense, which is the average of the randoms in the Endless Wall/Apollo Sanctum final stretch.  MagicalPsynergy damage is taken against a resist of 100.  Status accuracy is taken against a smattering of who knows what I'll use as a decent test dummy.  For now just assume ~70-80% for non-ID status and ~35-40% for ID status unless I mention otherwise.  I'm not even that confident in that assumption since a number of statuses seem to be a fair bit worse against a number of randoms, but I'm not sure if I'm ramming into some form of status resistance other than luck or some randoms just have much higher luck values, so they could well be worse than what I'm assuming here.
-Not gonna bother with summons.  Doesn't feel like it'd be worth it most of the time.

Equipment Assumptions:
-Everything the characters have is storebought, with two notable exceptions.  The Sol Blade, which only Matthew can equip for whatever reason, and the Umbra gear, which only Sveta can equip.  It's a fair shot in the arm for both of them compared to generic storebought equipment (which fails as per proud Golden Sun tradition), for all that the others don't like what this does to the averages.

Mechanical Notes:
-Physical damage is based on [(Attacker's Atk - Defender's Def) / 2].  This applies to both normal and elemental physicals.  Physicals may also have a post-defense modification, either an added ITD value or a multiplier.  After this modification, elemental physicals are further modified by a multiplier of (1 + (Relative Power / 400)), where Relative Power is equal to (Attacker's EPwr - Defender's ERst), and cannot go above 200 or fall below -200.
-MagicalPsynergy damage depends on the base damage value of the psynergy in question modified by a multiplier of (1 + (Relative Power / 200)).  Healing psynergy is dependant on the base healing value modified by a multiplier of (User's EPwr / 100).  All elemental attacks are taken against a respective resistance of 100.
-All weapons have one or more unleash effects.  The base odds of an unleash occuring (I believe) is 35%.  The unleash that occurs is random, but weighted in favor of the lower-listed unleashes.
-The amount of attack a weapon grants depends further on the user's weapon skill.  It's not a terribly potent effect, though, as it only adds about 10% more attack to the weapon at maximum mastery.  It is, however, factored in.
-Set djinn add +5 to the user's relevent Power and Resist stat, and furthermore affect the user's current class.  For the purposes of this topic, every two set djinn raise a character's class by one rank.
-Certain moves will be replaced by more powerful ones with a certain number of djinn set.  For these moves the damage listed assumes all djinn are set, regardless of whether the skill would be replaced in that event.  Trying to do it another way would be more headache than it's worth, frankly.
-Certain skills have AoE.  These skills do -20% damage for each space a certain victim is removed from the central target.  The number after AoE refers to the number of spaces an enemy can be removed from the central target and still be targetted.

Status Notes:
-Broad Disclaimer: Status duration may depend on the target's status resistance, so take these figures as you will.  Also I could be forgetting some things with regards to individual statuses.
-Delusion: Is equivalent to blind.  Roughly halves the accuracy of basic physicals, lasts for a couple turns after application.
-Sleep: Is sleep.  Enemies can't act while asleep, and damaging them doesn't seem to wake them up.  Lasts for a turn or two after application, but can be refreshed.
-Seal: Is silence.  Lasts for a turn or two after application, but can be refreshed.
-Paralysis: Is pretty much identical to sleep, but I'm not sure if it can be refreshed.
-Haunt: Target has a non-meaningful chance to take backlash damage from attacking.
-Curse: Target dies about 7 turns after application.
-Venom: Is poizn.  Deals 20% mHP damage.

Because I am crazy and bored, here is a FE topic for a game that hasn't been released over here yet.  At any rate, I doubt these numbers are going to change when the game does come over here, but if they are, oh well.

Also topic contains SPOILERS!!  FE plot I know but still.

Base Stats:
Lv: Meaningless and only listed for completion's sake.
HP: Keep these for a chance to win fabulous prizes!
Str: Determines physical attack power.
Mgc: Determines magical attack power.
Skl: Determines hit rate and critical rate
Spd: Determines evasion and whether or not a character can double-attack.
Lck: Determines hit rate, evasion, and critical avoid.
Def: Determines physical damage reduction
Res: Determines magical damage reduction.
Movement: Determines how far a character can move in one turn.  Is only useful for speed tiebreaks.

Derived Stats:
Dmg: The damage a character does to average Def or Res, assuming the attack does not critical.  Critical hits, as in every other modern FE game, are 3x damage.  Each point of Str or Mgc adds one point to this.
Avg Dmg: The character's damage, after factoring in Hit (treating Hit values above 100 as 100) and Crit rate.  Used mostly as a guideline, as I don't use this number myself.
Hit: The chance a character has to hit.  Each point of Skl contributes 1 point to this, and each point of Lck contributes 0.5 points.
Crt: The chance a character has to land a critical hit.  Skl contributes 0.5 points to this until the stat reaches 20, and 1 point for each point above 20, unlike every other modern FE game.
Phys. Durability: Character's overall resiliance against physical attacks, after factoring in HP, rounded to the nearest two decimal places.
Mgc. Durability: Character's overall resiliance against magical attacks, after factoring in HP, rounded to the nearest two decimal places.
Evasion: Listed rate of avoiding an attack after factoring in average Hit.  Should be taken with a grain of salt, as I'm presently unsure of whether or not FE3DS follows the same trend of biasing hit rates that other modern FE games do.  Each point of Spd contributes 1 point to this, and each point of Lck contributes 0.5 points.
Threat Range: Not listed in stats, as it's only useful for average speed tiebreaks.  Derived from the character's movement + the range of his default weapon.
Crit Avoid: Not explicitly listed, as it's equal to the character's Lck.  Reduces the odds of an incoming crit.

Level Assumptions:
-Lord/Thieves/Dancer taken at Lv30
-Manaketes taken at Lv20, which I freely admit is a guess.  Doesn't change a whole lot if you take them as higher, though.  Given that it's easier to level them without exhausting starting dragonstones than it is in FE6/8, I take them into the average.
-Maria, Rena, Elice, and Nyna taken at their starting levels, as they join on the final chapter, at levels considerably below average, making a case for equal EXP utterly unreasonable, even accounting for the fact that dragons give lots of EXP and the rate at which staff users gain EXP.
-Everyone else taken at Lv20/15, leveled up entirely in their default class.

Weapon Assumptions:
-All forges capped at 4500g, with a priority given to Mt, and I only characters one forged weapon at a time, though multiple potentially useful forges may be listed.  Note that this assumption was taken entirely from the FESD topic and may be overly generous.

-Chris (also known as My Unit) and Xane will not be listed in this topic.  Xane can't do anything without transforming and cannot transform into enemies, and his transformed stats are based on who he transforms into to boot, and Chris has no class or choice of background which can assumed as default.  As these affect his bases and growths, the only logical thing to do is to exclude him.
-Numbers are taken against 19 Def/10 Res/110 Hit/20 Avd/0 CEvd, which is roughly the average values for non-recruitable/Earth Dragon (which completely fail to matter in Normal Mode) enemies in the final chapter.  No non-recruitable enemy has a Lck stat greater than 0, so a crit adjusted average is more reasonable than it is in other games, for all that I probably don't assume it as default.
