There are plenty of good restaraunts around if people don't mind chipping in (I am of that school of thought wherein everyone pays for their own food!) There will also be food at the apartment, of course, though nothing spectacular (expect much cereal). If anyone has a particular request, lemme know before I make a last-minute trip to the grocery store on Thursday.

French toast is awesome and would be most welcome. Note: the Cid lacks anything resembling a griddle. Hopefully that's not problematic!

Yeah, bowling's cool assuming people beyond Meeple and myself are also up for it. There's a Bowl America a few minutes away from my place.

Note: I have only one PS2 controller, so someone chime in about bringing an extra one?

Hm. I want in, but I'm also going to be at the meetup, and with some relatives in Ashburn for a day or two afterward. Dunno if I'll have the time during what looks to be the heart of the game.

Yeah, hence why I'd be down with just holding off until January first if people are cool with wiating that long.

It is as the topic says: chime in if you want to play. There's plenty of room (I wrote up 25 roles, and I would like to use them all). A co-mod or two would also be most welcome, since I work forty hours a week and generally can't be active on the board while there.

As for the start date...I'm a bit leery about starting this close to Christmas, because I know I won't be able to check up on anything for a few days next week (with the family Sunday through at least part of Wednesday). There be DL people coming to distract me the following Friday through Sunday morning, but at least I'd be home for much of that time. I'd say next Thursday/Friday looks like the best time to start, unless we wind up with a co-mod who could be highly active around Christmas...though, even if we did, is anyone going to be around and posting then?
