Well, this is it. Time to rank the DL's newest entrants Light, Middle, Heavy, or Godlike. See previous topics for details; ask any questions if needed.
Feel free to assign DNR (Do Not Rank) if you don't think someone should be ranked from a particular game.

FE9 Naesala: High Heavy. High stats across the board and high 2HKO damage, but lacks that something to get into Godlike.
MMXCM Axl: Middle/Heavy. Good at slugfesting due to his invincibility stage, but can't do crap against healers.
MMXCM Cinnamon: Light. Does not translate into this setting much at all.
MMXCM Marino: High Heavy. Feena variant, whose better at killing in her one turn, but worse at going first.
MMXCM Massimo: Middle. Typical hard hitting tank whose held back by horrible speed. Alternatively, Kongol without the ass magic defense...unless its Fire or Lightning concerns <.<
MMXCM X: Low Godlike. Fast, halves all damage after his first turn, builds up to a borderline OHKO, and X-heart gives him that one extra shot in.
MMXCM Zero: High Heavy. X with worse speed and durability overall, but better damage, and no X Heart. Losing trade. Also can't deal with fliers very well <.<
-
Yay, I can rank everything!
Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance
FE9 Naesala: High Heavy. He's probably close to Eirika in rank, and she did fight her way into Godlike... but I dunno. I definitely have a "prove it" attitude here.
Mana Khemia: Alchemists of Al-Revis
MK Anna Lemouri: Middle. Okay ID and speed at least, but could be much better.
MK Flay Gunnar: iddle/Havy. Racks up a hell of a lot of damage, and his physical durability rules.
MK Isolde: 4.8 Godlike. Solid Godlike boss with a bunch of stuff.
MK Jessica Philomele: High Middle. Wants her healing to be full. Should excel in the division, though.
MK Muppy Oktavia Vondercheck VII: Light. Fails. No glorified run command hype from me.
MK Nicole Mimi Tithel (Nikki): High Heavy. Excellent speed! 2HKO damage! ID! Last Stand! It adds up.
MK Pamela Ibis: Heavy/Godlike. Either could work.
MK Renee: Middle/Heavy. Durable enough to make it to turn 3 a lot of the time, and she gets really scary then.
MK Roxis Rosencrantz: High Middle. Like Flay but not durable at all. Better damage type at least.
MK Tony: Middle/Heavy. Constant 2HKOs off that durability are good, even if he doesn't like evade/defence/the fact that he's slow (Break helps).
MK Vayne Aurelius: Heavy. Flay variant. Builds up to even more damage, but not as durable. Winning trade, but not by a terribly large amount. Also worse in long fights.
Mega Man X: Command Mission
MMXCM Axl: High Middle. Healers. He hates them.
MMXCM Cinnamon: High Light. Yeah sure.
MMXCM Marino: Heavy/Godlike. Way too good at winning when she gets a turn.
MMXCM Massimo: Middle. Decent slugger, but not special, though nifty in the MMXCM way. Power Charge Berserk Charge hurts a lot.
MMXCM X: 4.7 Godlike. Yeah, he can hang out here. Two guaranteed cracks, 3x durability once he transforms, solid damage, good speed... it adds up.
MMXCM Zero: High Heavy. X light, more or less. Even more damage, but none of the same durability and slower means he works much less well.

Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance
FE9 Naesala: 4.7
Mana Khemia: Alchemists of Al-Revis
MK Anna Lemouri- 3.1.
MK Flay Gunnar- 3.7
MK Isolde- 4.9
MK Jessica Philomele- 3.5
MK Muppy Oktavia Vondercheck VII- 3.9
MK Nicole Mimi Tithel (Nikki)- 4.3
MK Pamela Ibis- 4.5
MK Renee- 4. Lowish Heavy feels about right.
MK Roxis Rosencrantz- 3.5
MK Tony- 4.25. 75% PC HP damage off near 2 PC HP and some boss immunities? This works.
MK Vayne Aurelius- 3.9
Mega Man X: Command Mission
MMXCM Axl- 3.6
MMXCM Cinnamon- 2.75
MMXCM Marino- 4.9. 1.6 PC HP damage, much of it ITE, 3 shots of 70% ID, and all she really needs is to get a turn? Way too much for Heavy. She can even boost her speed at the cost of some damage, but still manage an OHKO combo overall.
MMXCM Massimo- 3.25
MMXCM X- 4.65
MMXCM Zero- 4.3. 2HKOs average solidly and quite quickly! Not really OHKOed either! Wishes that the speed boost from Hyper Mode was literal though.
-
Red Lotus Sabre is aftergame. Haven't looked into its damage, but wouldn't shock me if the damage were that good, if you allow it. (I don't.)
-
Are there any other aftergame things not noted in the main MMXCM post?
-
Axl's Ninetails. As well as the weapon of his that hits weakness on bosses. Think that's it. (Ultimate Armour's not easy to get in the maingame, but certainly possible.)
-
Mana Khemia: Alchemists of Al-Revis
MK Anna Lemouri - 3.4 Middle. The speed is nice, so is scraping a 2HKO and having turn two ID. Last Stand also sees use (Quick too!). Too bad about the durability and horrible resources, though.
MK Flay Gunnar - 3.8 Heavy. I underrated him, after all. Buster Star is really brutal, and the durability+Last Stand work well. Still has speed and resource issues, but his damage is usually a bit brutal for the resource thing to matter.
MK Isolde - 4.9 Godlike. Sword Creation is a monstrosity, and Baxim Bite just helps it go even further. Too bad it's limited to an opener and a limit range. On the other hand, the durability is good, and she has a couple of useful statuses. Being a Middle/Heavy-level slugger on raw damage until the limit kicks in ends up not being so bad in this case, and Sword Creation is still insane when it gets unlocked anyway. Have fun fighting OHKO-level damage that has a Quick Hit effect.
MK Jessica Philomele - 3.6 Middle. Just below the borderline works. Timed healing and a few damage options are nice, so is Blocker and accurate Silence. The durability is still shaky, but it's a nice package.
MK Muppy Oktavia Vondercheck VII - 2.2 Light. I thought fairly long and hard about Change!. In the end, I can't really see it as any different from Lise's Mini, though. And do I allow Freya's Mini? No, I don't. This leaves us with a crappy slugger with easily resisted, low on resources damage. That doesn't work.
MK Nicole Mimi Tithel (Nikki) - 4.3 Heavy. The slugging package is simple, but brutal. With massive speed, 2HKO damage, Quick shenanigans, solid durability, Last Stand, turn two ID and timed cards for a nice added punch of damage, Nikki just has one hell of a pressure game. Being pure evadable physical is a bummer, but otherwise, she's just golden.
MK Pamela Ibis - 4.6 Heavy. I guess. The magical durability strikes me as really problematic, but the spoiling goes a loooooooooong way, and she has a neat overall duelling skillset even past it.
MK Renee - 3.5 Middle. I see her as like 1.3x PC HP. Which lets her avoid 3HKOs from average damage. This means that anyone who has average damage or below just sorta loses to Renee as long as she's not 4-3'd. Considering the average speed, that isn't a risk she runs often, and the frail get overwhelmed faster. But people with above average slugging tend to give her fits. If I allow the Mana to win battles for her, though, she ekes past Heavy. The added HP pool is just sorta brutal in Middle.
MK Roxis Rosenkrantz - 3.6 Middle. Chrona Drive+Trick Edge make a mean short-term outburst, and Roxis also has Quick to make people really weep if they let him get two turns. Of course, the shaky durability/speed combo makes stopping him from getting those turns sane. Still a neat little pressure game.
MK Tony - 3.9 Heavy. Solid 2HKO damage and somewhat above average boss HP (1.6~ range?) with high break damage to handle healers! Sorta boring, but works. Keep those Heavy evade whores away from him, though.
MK Vayne Aurelius - 4.2 Heavy. Hey ma, overkill damage that's slow! Good thing Vayne doesn't suck at durability. On the other hand, once again, he really doesn't like evade. Still fine.
Mega Man X: Command Mission
MMXCM Axl - 3.5 Middle. Invincibility HM, Ninetails, poke, Ninetails. This strategy can handle Heavy PCs, but eats it bad to Light-level healers. So, Middle you go.
MMXCM Cinnamon - 2.9 Light. Weird healer type who can't really heal a lot in spite of infinite healing. The Hyper Mode is really helpful, and she has some spoiling to go with the healing and HM, buuuuuuuuut. Man, past that, she's awful.
MMXCM Marino - 4.75 Godlike. Feena who's better at ending things in a turn (and has two ways to do it, even!) and worse at going first. Ends up better due to higher damage, the ID option, okay adjustability and not fearing a lot of status, methinks.
MMXCM Massimo - 3.2 Middle. Slowish, but hits rather hard with the AT and the status sorta freaks Lights out. Durability is also good, and helped further by his HM. He works out okay in Middle, even if not impressively.
MMXCM X - 4.8 Godlike. Just sorta slugs along with an awesomely durable HM and solid speed. Add to that the fact he can't ever be OHKOed off the bat and you have a pretty cool high-end slugger. Takes a while to get going, but he can afford that with the durability/speed off the HM.
MMXCM Zero - 4.3 Heavy. X, only worse in everything but raw damage (that is more spoilable) and without X Heart. This is a really notable losing trade.

Well, I'm happy to see a Gust game finally ranked, but since I've only ever seen the game in passing and not gotten to finish it myself, I can't rank it. (Or vote on it yet).
MMXCM PCs looking interesting, but I've never actually even seen a copy of the game. (Someone mail this to me!~)
Naesala - Godlike. I always fought his boss form. I really wanted the EXP. As a result, I have pretty high respect for him. Maybe something between Low Godlike and Mid-Godlike is better? He seems better than Eirika to me.
-Djinn
-

Man, you missed a pretty sweet Knight Ring for a few Exp? I can sorta understand the first playthrough, but I figured you might hit a FAQ for the second.
Also, more seriously, you clearly aren't intended to fight that form.

A few? Marcia and Rolf levelled 3 times off of him alone. Marcia went on to destroy worlds.
Also, only played FE9 twice. FAQs are not a particular neccessity... And for anything I was stuck on, I just asked chat as I was still in the US where IRC worked.

Uh... Killing Naesala is worth less than 50 Exp. Attacking him's worth something in the teens. You'd have to attack him over 30 times to get the kind of Exp you're talking about, so I think you're misremembering. That or you set up some elaborate boss abuse that involved Naesala running around grabbing Vulneraries from various enemies while you stalked him all the while and kept him from actually killing anyone when he did get an attacking turn. In which case I commend your bravery for such a crazy strategy, yet mock your powerlevelling, because you could have boss abused much more efficiently against a few other people, and still gotten the Knight Ring. <_<
EDIT: Also anyone who can level off of Naesala is probably powerful enough to not need more Exp!
-
Naesala: Low Godlike.
-
FE9 Naesala - 4.81132 - So, on the one hand, I want to see Naesala win Heavy championships and work his way up. On the hand, I'm used to people yelling at me to rank higher (my usual thought is to rank low when in doubt). On the third hand coming out of my crotch, Naesala's boss form is sexilicious. On the fourth hand coming out of my ass, people are going to yell at me for ranking on that! On the fifth hand that comes out of my mouth whenever I heat chocolate, he has three forms I can vote on. Anyway, averaging all of this together, gets him to about where Tibarn is. FE10 form is Godlike, FE9 form is Godlik overall. Works.
MK Anna Lemouri - 3.6331 - Fast, instant death, can actually build up...ok damage. Frail, though, with not a huge amount of variety. Works well enough overall, though.
MK Flay Gunnar - 3.7767 - Let the sexual innuendo jokes commence! So, speed is a little poor, damage is ok, durability is good. However, a decent chance of not dying, drops defenses to boost his damage more, and Raiden Charge is really good at boosting that pressure. So...A lowish Heavy overall, but probably mauls Middle. Guess I'll rank high!
MK Isolde - 4.91213 - Hah. Yeah. Not in the same vein as, say, Ghaleon. But really good.
MK Jessica Philomele - 3.5544 - Not bad. Wants more durability. However...Sky Present is really nice if she doesn't die, and her healing resources aren't...bad with On the Spot Synthesis. Eh.
MK Muppy Oktavia Vondercheck VII - 3.75 - Change! Works fine. Slow, but has durability, and nothing really survives being Changed. Still, can't do much else but kill people vulnerable to it.
MK Nicole Mimi Tithel (Nikki) - 4.3331 - Fast, damage, instant death. Overall very good. Also strikes Beast weaknesses for great Shion killing.
MK Pamela Ibis - 4.40 - I'd rank Malik this >_> Anyway, physical immunity is nice, and silence covers that other weakness well. Her damage is actually good, she has status, and otherwise can weaken herself to get stronger, and has draining. Just...good magic tends to paste her from bosses.
MK Renee - 3.98111 - Yay Heavy boss.
MK Roxis Rosencrantz - 3.75 - Slow, but really racks up damage.
MK Tony - 3.98111 - Yay Heavy boss.
MK Vayne Aurelius - 4.2987 - Over realm, but not that impressive, really. Above average overall.
MMXCM Axl - 3.666 - Fast, but...sadly, that's about all he really has. His Hyper Mode is nice, but slows him down. He dies against any healer (hi Jess!). MAYBE MAD NAUTILUS HYPE!?
MMXCM Cinnamon - 3.20001 - Strikes me as a Middle, really. Elemental resistance, Iron Maiden to take care of HP worries, and every other action healing isn't too bad with the HP boost. In addition, the Kitty Gloves are likely to make a stat drop somewhere each attack - this definitely adds up.
MMXCM Marino - 4.51111 - Is very good. But Feena's not in Godlike! Eh...I could see her in Heavy, really - she does not like evasion, and she wishes she had Axl's speed (though, changing weapons helps...but that also hurts her damage). Still, draining and instant death are not bad.
MMXCM Massimo - 3.2223 - Slow. Damage and durability are great, and Glint Armour is sexy too. Just...slow. Oh well, still good.
MMXCM X - 4.57765 - See Marino, mostly, though X Heart (WHY DOES FUCKING X GET A GODDAMNED GOOD ACCESSORY WHILE AXL GETS JACK AND SHIT!? MOTHER FUCKING TAPDANCING GOAT LOVERS!!!) is good. Ultimate Armour is awesome, and X-Fire is not bad either. Speed boost with Turbo Buster helps as well. But he's an ugly asshole, so that drops his rank down a bit.
MMXCM Zero - 4.5 - Is slower than X, but the option of Red Lotus in Hyper Mode...is excellent. But it's fire. Absolute Zero is also ice, which hurts it a bit. Better durability than X, though. If he had X Heart, he'd be higher than X. Heat Haze and Zero Shift only help so much!!!!
-
Mana Khemia: Alchemists of Al-Revis
MK Anna Lemouri - Middle. Speed! Speed! What's damage? Elemental spoiling a bit, too.
MK Flay Gunnar - Middle. Drill the heavens!
MK Isolde - Godlike. Just... yeah. Reams a fair squadron of Godlikes, too.
MK Jessica Philomele - Middle. Can probably boost up past here.
MK Muppy Oktavia Vondercheck VII - ...abstain.
MK Nicole Mimi Tithel (Nikki) - Heavy.
MK Pamela Ibis - High Heavy. Prove your Godlikeness, first. (This shouldn't be an issue, but.)
MK Renee - Heavy.
MK Roxis Rosencrantz - Middle.
MK Tony - Low Heavy? Kneejerk.
MK Vayne Aurelius - Heavy.
Mega Man X: Command Mission
MMXCM Axl - Middle.
MMXCM Cinnamon - High Light. Likes my durability interp.
MMXCM Marino - Low Godlike. ...this is borderline, but it feels right.
MMXCM Massimo - Middle.
MMXCM X - Low Godlike.
MMXCM Zero - High Heavy.
-
MMXCM Axl 3.7 Middle. Invunerability? Below Heavy? It's more likely than Gruga thought. I could go for a Heavy ranking, but I went with the first number that clicked to mind and it was in Middle, so.
MMXCM Cinnamon: 2.6 Light. Weird Light, not sure how good she is for it, but definitely viable competition for Light.
MMXCM Marino: 4.5 Godlike. Some part of me thinks she's going to be a lousy but spoilerish Godlike, which probably beats the hell out of the havoc she'll cause lower. Still fun either way. ^_^
MMXCM Massimo: 3.5 Middle. Garr+ with less elemental durability and some status additions on his AT. What can you say?
MMXCM X: 4.6 Godlike. Basically what Elfboy said, with the added note that X-Heart is like 10% revival and hence getting OHKOed somewhat screws with the durability game. Feels more of a spoiler to middle-road Godlikes without status, and I don't think there's a lot of those. (Well...I'd need to look up the ID blocker to see if it's in the realm of pseudo-storebuyable refinement some time. I don't think it was straight-up storebought...) Still good, mind you.
MMXCM Zero: 4.4 Heavy. ow ow damage. ow. Lacks the durability game of X, though, meaning that most(almost all?) people in Godlike really tear him up. If he champs Heavy some time, I won't be stunned, though.
-
Naesala - 4.6
-
MMXCM Marino - 4.51111 - Is very good. But Feena's not in Godlike! Eh...I could see her in Heavy, really - she does not like evasion, and she wishes she had Axl's speed (though, changing weapons helps...but that also hurts her damage). Still, draining and instant death are not bad.
Isn't she the only one who doesn't mind evasion at all? Hawkeye can be spammed every turn after the first in Hyper Mode and not alter her damage one bit (Assuming then that HATs and ATs in general are evadable).
Also, are speed bonuses in Hyper Mode as good as implied, or do they just increase numerical speed, which is notably less effective?
-
Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance
FE9 Naesala - Godlike
Mega Man X: Command Mission
MMXCM Axl - Middle
MMXCM Cinnamon - Light
MMXCM Marino - High Heavy
MMXCM Massimo - Middle
MMXCM X - Godlike
MMXCM Zero - Heavy
-
They increase numerical speed before weight is factored in. Due to the weird nature of MMXCM speed this is... not quite as good as implied, but close? (MMXCM speed is worth less than numbers suggest until a certain point, after which it's worth more.)
-
So in Zero's case, probably only brings him up to about 120-125% speed?
-
More or less. It lets him lap average speed people, which is relevant, or slightly above, but nothing too impressive.
-
Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance
FE9 Naesala: High Heavy. The durability/damage/evade combo is pretty good.
Mana Khemia: Alchemists of Al-Revis
MK Anna Lemouri: Middle. ID, speed, pushes a 2HKO if she burns all her resources.
MK Flay Gunnar: Low Heavy. He's slow and doesn't OHKO, so not much of a Heavy slugger in that regard.
MK Isolde: Godlike. I think several of her moves have a QH like effect, but this will need to be tested more and Sword Creation is the big one anyway. Still has timed cards/Mdef busting at high HP.
MK Jessica Philomele: High Middle. She is good at the whole healing thing.
MK Muppy Oktavia Vondercheck VII: Middle/Heavy. I think Change! works to prevent you from spending time rather than retreating. Well, I'll have to think on it.
MK Nicole Mimi Tithel (Nikki): Heavy. She is good at what she does and what she does is hurting things.
MK Pamela Ibis: High Heavy. Godlike is a mage division so she gets reamed there. Her silence is too close to borderline to be relied on against most mage enemies, who typically have high Mdef.
MK Renee: High Middle.
MK Roxis Rosencrantz: Middle. Several tricks but nothing overpowered at all.
MK Tony: Heavy. 2HKOing boss rar.
MK Vayne Aurelius: Heavy. Overrealm is good at what it does. Durable enough to get that slowish effective turn, certainly. I don't think he's as raped by evade whores as others do, personally.

Mana Khemia: Alchemists of Al-Revis

MK Muppy Oktavia Vondercheck VII - Light
MK Nicole Mimi Tithel (Nikki) - High Heavy
MK Pamela Ibis - Heavy/Godlike
MK Renee - Low Heavy
MK Roxis Rosencrantz - Middle
MK Tony - Heavy
MK Vayne Aurelius - Heavy
-
Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance
FE9 Naesala - Low Godlike - I allow FE10 form but not shifting on initiative. IIRC, FE9 form autoshifts in the final battle so no problem there.
Mana Khemia: Alchemists of Al-Revis
MK Anna Lemouri - High Middle - Fast, ID, 2-rounds average. Evade whores kind of hurt as well as healers and people she miss the 2HKO on/can't ID.
MK Flay Gunnar - Middle/Heavy - Kind of slow, but the late battle damage he can rack up is pretty nuts.
MK Isolde - Godlike - Not too big on durability hype here, but being defence focused rather than HP focused helps her quite a bit to me.
MK Jessica Philomele - High Middle - A healer that can't be heal locked! Runs screaming from blitzers/elemental resistance though.
MK Muppy Oktavia Vondercheck VII - Middle - Change! Too bad he's kind of slow and fails outside of that.
MK Nicole Mimi Tithel (Nikki) - Heavy - Fast 2HKO/ID. Simple yet effective.
MK Pamela Ibis - High Heavy - Something keeps telling me that she gets destroyed in Godlike and doesn't completely own Heavy (look at her NR/ToI performence).
MK Renee - High Middle - Takes too long to get going.
MK Roxis Rosencrantz - High Middle - Magical Flay with less durability and more damage, I think?
MK Tony - Low Heavy - I think Path of Evil is time unlocked and Master Combo doesn't do as much damage before then. Should still 2HKO off the bat though.
MK Vayne Aurelius - High Heavy - OHKO or eat overkill damage. Nice trick but not much else outside of it.
Mega Man X: Command Mission
MMXCM Axl - Middle/Heavy - Haha no to Ninetails. But it looks like he can KO average with that invincibility. Just, lightning resistance and healing screws him over.
MMXCM Cinnamon - High Light - I think this is right.
MMXCM Marino - Godlike - Well, if Marino gets all six of those turns before the enemy, she does about 2xPCHP to me. Ouch.
MMXCM Massimo - Heavy - Really tanky, and the AT hurts like hell.
MMXCM X - Godlike - Tank game plus a "holy crap" AT later on.
MMXCM Zero - Godlike - Less tanky than X but the damage is far better. Which says something.

FE9 Naesala - Godlike (4.8?). Just use the FE10 form. I guess I see why people can be leery of the FE9 form straight up, as his damage isn't nearly as good as I'd kneejerk it according to the stat topic (maybe because he's being rated against all +5 Silver weapons, which tends to hurt Laguz and Ragnell a bit?). But even FE9 PC form straight up is borderline at absolute worst. (And, of course, the boss form is nightmarish for those who vote on it.) Looking at Ephraim and Eirika's old matches... Naesala beats Tidus in the finals (Vortex whittles Tidus down while he buffs, Evade & Counter doesn't stop N's counters once Tidus actually attacks, Tidus is practically doing no damage at all vs. N's defense), and also beats Presea (Pow Hammer DX probably doesn't hit weakness vs. him?). Though amusingly enough Cait Sith goes from solid win for Ephraim to coin flip since FE9 Naesala probably doesn't OHKO Cait and has to rely on evading his status lest he become a Frog-Laguz. So yeah, he'd be upgrade bait anyway, even if durable Heavies with unevadable status could be problematic.

Heh, I have the opposite problem - FE9 Naesala's damage is higher than I kneejerk, since he does 4 damage to the only enemy I've ever seen him fight. That said, of course he's better than Ephraim; Eph's a slightly above average Heavy at best. He's not better than Eirika - he'd have not only lost to the people she lost to, but he'd have a good deal more trouble with both Suicune and Jenova (depending on interp for the latter). He also loses to Tidus if you see Haste stopping his doubles (undoubled Vortex doesn't even scare Tidus, he triggers a bunch of Magic Counters while Tidus Cheers -> Blitz Ace without triggering counters). I don't, granted, but I think some do?
I do think he's being a bit overrated, but with FE10 issues around I don't especially care. I find it utterly bizarre that he might make Godlike while Marino falls short, since the latter just feels so much better at the same game (ID and ITE > weak wind magic; above average speed > average; overkill damage > OHKO, for almost any durability difference). The token FE10 votes explain the difference, as I mentioned, but yeah.

Edited Naesala and Marino one step down and up respectively to High Heavy.

MMXCM:
Axl: Middle. Fire, Ice/Water, and Lightning are common but not Ubiquitous. Axl would probably get better millage from Manhunter's Crit-vs-Human rate.
Cinnamon: Tough Call. She halves ALL Elements in-game, so I extend that to most Elements in the DL, and can use her Armor to get 2HKO Damage. She can still be Heal-Locked, though... High Light. Let her earn a Championship.
Marino: Said well by others before, Basically Feena on Swords Dance. Heavy/Godlike, and hope you can Status/ID her on Turn 1! Maybe Extreme Speedsters like Alena can get through the chain. "Next!"
Massimo: Slow. But if he gets that 2nd turn... It's just too bad he cries at ALL Elements except Water and Ice. And Status. Well, until you turn the Glint on as far as the Elements go. Still fits right in at Middle.
X: Yeah, Heavy/Godlike. Just barely misses 2HKO with Ultimate Armor (though Sub-Weapons take care of that nicely.) Still has excellent Damage on Turn 3, and is the only Hunter with a long enough Hyper Mode to do it one more time. (Plus the Armor halving Damage allowing him to use it an extra cycle.)
Zero: High Heavy. 2HKO with just Heat Haze; OHKO with just Black Armor. Massive Damage when you combine the two! "Hardly a fight" indeed. Until you get to guys that can OHKO at average speed (which Zero falls just short of). Again, let him earn a Championship.
BTW, Marino has 112% Average Speed with the Chakram (Speed Equip). What does Feena's Speed Options rate her?
Also, Dwyer: Hawkeye costs 5 WE. Marino can still Slot on 1st turn if you allow her 50%, but she'll definitely need to wait for 4th "Turn" to get her 2nd Slot in. Which brings her down by about 4650/2000 vs OK's post... and right in line with mine. (I have her slotting at 75%+, but would probably consider 70%. 60%'s... quite Iffy to me...)
EDIT: Changed my votes to align with the system on Elfboy's Intro Post. Still thought it was the old 25% standards...

Bumped Marino up to High Heavy after some sweet-talking by Dhyer.

Thanks to everyone who posted ranking updates in the topic.
I should really start posting this at the start of each topic: please make a new post if you make a ranking change!

Feena doesn't really have speed options. Actually, her DL duelling move comes out so slowly so I'd see Time Gate as being below average speed.
I didn't think she could have 50 WE on turn 1, but since her AT is just a slots game with no time limit (Right?) if doesn't seem like she'd really have any problems using it at 50 WE unless the game stacked it against you (Which the stat topic says it doesn't!). I do seem to remember her having one of the only ATs that didn't literally screw up both my fingers and my controller. Granted, if you see Cinnamon 2HKOing in any way, Marino is not going to care about losing 5000 damage over 6 turns because it means that you're kill point is less than 11,000.

Each Chara has an innate WE. Marino's is highest at 32. (Cinnamon's is lowest at 10.) Each Chara gets +25 WE at the start of each turn, including Turn 1. So she can trigger slots, even with Hawkeye, on Turn 1. (X and Axl can also use their Triggers on Turn 1, but Axl and Marino might not get their actions off at 50/52% (not enough time/slots too fast IMO), and if you can do it then more power to you. X has his own reasons not to Trigger at 50%.)
BTW, Cinnamon's 2500, as I saw it, was 500 each hit for 5 hits. (I saw her do more like 3000 total, but that was to Ch. 8-9 Preon Defenses.) The kill point is still below 11k, though. Basically whether you consider Cinnamon to be 4HKO or 5HKO depends on whether you factor limits and/or allow Ninetails. (Zero becomes OHKO with Black Armor+Heat Haze, and everyone else except Axl get that way when they reach Limits. Which, with Marino, is Turn 1... Heck, even X with Ultimate Armor can break OHKO at 50% (Turn 1).)
