Heavy:
Warrior (FF3) vs Cathari (S5)
Clarissa Arwin (WA:XF) vs Farina (FE7)

Middle:
Fiore (WA4) vs Harley (DDS)
Jessica Philomele (MK) vs Lt. Col. Toshiyuki Terada (SHC)

Light:
Samson (BtB) vs Astos (FF1)
Elincia (FE9) vs Suzu Fujibayashi (ToP)

Farina and I think Astos. Harley wins as well.

Astos/Samson is a coinflip fight. I'm really excited about that clash of titans, if you couldn't tell.

Kartikeya (WA5) vs Varin Omega (DDS)- Kneejerk is that Kartikeya's durable enough to just spam his charged move and take this.  Maybe I'm underrating Varin's durability?  It's close enough.
Matador (SMT3) vs. A-tur (BoF4)- No vote.

Heavy:
Warrior (FF3) vs Cathari (S5)- Unless Cathari was a noteworthy tank... >.>
Clarissa Arwin (WA:XF) vs Farina (FE7)- Rob Turn doesn't make a defensive check, it's just always 75% odds.  And for all Farina's good stats, overwhelming HP isn't one of them.

Middle:
Fiore (WA4) vs Harley (DDS)
Jessica Philomele (MK) vs Lt. Col. Toshiyuki Terada (SHC)- She... should be able to win it before he doubles between healing, anyway.

Light:
Samson (BtB) vs Astos (FF1)- No vote.
Elincia (FE9) vs Suzu Fujibayashi (ToP)- Hum.  Is Jiraiya even physical?  Is it evadable?  I think Elincia wins anyway!  But either condition makes it less kneejerky.

Jiraiya is indeed physical, and I'm pretty sure it's even affected by Suzu's attack stat.  No idea on evadability in ToP.

Matador (SMT3) vs. A-tur (BoF4): Just built perfectly for this. Ice breath is non-typed and so I'd see it ignoring all forms of evade, and while Matador's magic isn't chopped liver, his best damage is physicals which... uh, no.

Middle:
Fiore (WA4) vs Harley (DDS): Because no one probably remembers Fiore: The one good thing she had was 2HKO ICE magic. Ow.
Jessica Philomele (MK) vs Lt. Col. Toshiyuki Terada (SHC): Jess goes first and preps a donor bomb, Terada cuts her speed in half, tanks the bomb, then doubleturns and 2HKOs. Alternatively, she lays a healing card, then Terada slows her and gets another turn and fails to kill, then Jess gets healed + does something ineffectual, then Terada doubles and 2HKOs.

Jess can immune Slow if that means anything.

CK reminded me.  Slow does NOT affect timed card resolution, so her healing would still come at normal time even under Slow.

And I don't think SH2 Speed Down was speed halving.  Maybe like a 30% bust or something.
