Remix site.  Haven't gone through all of them yet, but what I have gone through has generally been good so far.

Funny, I'd actually been considering trying to pick up either PW or RoM again.  I'll probably wait til the expansion hits for PW though, playing as a class that can kill things at a hopefully decent clip might help.

@People who play WoW:

I'm thinking of seeing how WoW PCs would rank by compiling some stats. Anyone else interested? Throw me some armory links.

Eh, why not: http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Andorhal&n=S%C3%A8rra

Haven't played since June, so I'm missing whatever stuff drops for that other 25-man instance, but she's in fairly good gear for the time I quit.

MK2: So apparently Lily has a blob fetish. Dammit, why can't anyone in this game get turned on by other human beings (yes, I know there's also Lily -> Raze. Shut up.) Actually, this reminds me of something in Ulrika's path that I forgot to comment on:

If Goto is tall, dark, and bishy, why the heck does he run around in a fursuit? How does he even fit in that thing? Bafflement.

Actually, it seemed strange for that cutscene to show up in a post-credits sequence. I got the impression that I completetd the character quests for three PCs (Chloe, Pepperoni, Goto) and wasn't really expecting anything special at the end along the lines of MK1's variable ending. If that's what that scene was, I have no idea why it picked Goto.

Anyway, I've already managed to create Lily's second-best weapon. 300 MAG in chapter three. Pity the midgame.

The ending you get is determined by who you talk to first before heading to the final dungeon, out of those you've finished all of the CQs for.

There are a lot of materials that are unique to each of the character paths, so don't go nuts looking for, say, Ancient Meteorites or that last Dirt-type material until you hit Raze's final.  Don't remember what Ulrika can get that Raze can't, so grab what you can.

As for myself, cleared the combined path.  Boss gets owned by Naoto for free, but good outside of that one flaw.  Final party was Ulrika/Chloe/Lily/Enna/Pepperoni/Puniyo.

The Chocolate Icicle is a candy item, so your options on getting them will differ on which route you've taken, either by finishing certain randoms off with Lily's candy spell, or by having Goto use his upgraded steal until he succeeds.  If you do go for it, many of the Dumpster monsters have/will turn into Chocolate Icicles.

Revamped team in light of point changes:

MT Sealstone
Bartz (4.0)
Fogel (3.5)
Ditto (.5)
Peppita (1.5)
Aeris (1.0)

Might change Aeris out for someone else later, haven't solidly decided on that last spot just yet.

ToS2: Temple of Darkness completed!  That dungeon was a lot more straight forward than the ToS1 version!

Also, Mystic Artes are available, yay! Actually, surprised they bothered to give the ToS1 characters Mystic Artes, considering I think they're all temps...and I now have 3 of them, go figure!
Additionally, Marta gets Special *BEFORE* she gets an Arcane Arte?  Isn't that like the most pointless thing ever?  Or can she use a Mystic Arte chained from Resurrection or something?

Marta's MA chains off of her higher end spells, if memory serves.  The Temp's MAs also, for the most part, get significantly higher mults to help make up for their gear sucking.

Well, sucking for 95% of the game at least.  I still didn't bother using them after they got their end-game gear back, but I imagine Presea and Lloyd both hit really bloody hard with theirs.

WoW:  Might wind up calling it quits in a couple weeks.  Huge dramafest* just fragmented the guild, added to a spike in burnout...  yeah.  Mostly just waiting to see if the GM comes back before making any major decisions.

GM quit a couple days ago, but he's apparently done this before and usually comes back in a couple of weeks.  Temp GM decided that, rather than teaching a couple new recruits the Yogg fight, we'd be better off doing Sarth+3 drakes, and we all need to bring our mains for some inane reason.  Specifically, they're after this one caster cloak with an abysmal drop rate which the GM claims most of the guild wants.  There's grumbling, but we do it.  The cloak actually drops, and all of three people roll on it, a far cry from "most of the guild".  The cloak is then ninja looted to the guy who rolled a *1*.  Drama ensues.  Then the temp GM announces he and a couple other people(including the guy who got the cloak) are transferring off.  Vent *explodes*, followed by a wave of /gquits.  Seeing as I was getting tired of raiding and the group was pretty much the only reason I was sticking around?  Final nail in the coffin sort of thing.  Not much to do but wait and see, at this point.

WoW - So yeah we have slowed down a lot.  Mimiron still not dead.  Had my first actual look at the fight, we get to phase 4.  It is a bit sloppy sometimes, but looks very doable (So it is already a million times better than Gruul was for me back in BC when I started raiding).  Pretty cool fight.  I would like to see it dead just to see the numbers our mages can put out on Vezax though.

We're currently stuck on Thorim, ourselves. Haven't found quite the right ratio for the gauntlet.

We keep one of the mages out in the arena and send the rest of the casters along, as the added AoE can help keep pressure off the melee, and the caster mobs have some buffs they can swipe.  If you're having trouble with the second half of the gauntlet, have the tank get initial aggro on the initial mobs then rush up the stairs to tag the sub-boss to shut off the flow of reinforcements.  Works for us, at least.

WoW: Finally, after a couple weeks of getting to Yogg and having half the raid suddenly go awol, cleared Ulduar.  Well, everything save Algalon, who we're not going to be getting to any time soon.

WoW: Fought Yog, didn't quite make it to phase three before stopping for the night.  Feels doable though, just need less tunnel-vision in the front DPS group in phase one.

Oh, and Captain K?  Expect a large amount of stuff to be sent to your Cleric in PW shortly.

WoW: Mimiron and General Vezax down.  General wasn't that bad once you get the hang of things, though the trash leading up to him is pretty obnoxious.  Mimiron, on the other hand...  well, we found out the hard way that the parts will start repairing themselves once they dip below 100~150k or so, rather than at 0.  Makes downing all three parts at the same time a great deal more tense.

Ignis was still bugged when we got to him, so we wound up skipping him and moving on.  Cleared the rest up through Thorim, but Mimiron sounds like he's going to take up most of a night by himself.  Not messing around with any Hard Modes yet.
