Unoriginal's Notes
1. First off, thanks to Gourry for providing some additional stats to eliminate some of the (admitedly limited) randomness from the following, for providing stats for Sarah and Karna's Vicar class, and for providing approximate status odds.

2. If a spell has a *, its technically learned aftergame.

3. Critical hits do about 20-25% more damage than a normal attack.

Stats taken at 30.  Armor, Gems, and passive skills are already factored in, but base ring stats are not.  On an aside, I generally toss out the initial rings altogether, as they'll all be replaced upon first opportunity, but I'll list them anyways on the chance someone wishes to factor them in themselves.  If a character comes with Gems, they'll be listed.

One round equals 100 Clockticks.

Skills are passive, and their levels indicate the size of the bonus. 

Magic is channeled, and gains in power the it's kept up.  The number beside each spell indicates the maximum level the character in question can charge the spell, with each increasing level becoming cheaper and faster to charge than the last.  Single target spells(Fire Arrow, Cure) can have their effects split up or focused as the caster desires, and a number of targets up to the spell level charged can be effected.

It should be noted that, while channeling, the caster is vulnerable to physical attacks.  They take slightly increased damage, lose all evasion, and suffer a very slight delay in charging up to the next spell level(Most casters have the passive Aria Defense skill, which mitigates/nulls at least part of the penalty).

Techs are instants.  Self-buffing techs can be used as free actions, while attack techs suffer the usual ATW.  Spell modifying techs alter the next spell cast according to their bonus(with the player being taken directly to the spell menu after choosing one, so no stacking).

Elements:  While most elements are self-explanitory, there are a couple that I think I should mention.
Physical-  This refers to Physical element *magic*, such as Blast or Meteor.  The tech Physical Defense only provides resistance to this, and not physical attacks.
Dark-  Mostly just provides ID protection, as there are no Dark-elemental magics in the game aside from Death, and I can't remember if there are any Dark element physicals either.
Spirit- Refers to most statuses, stat breaks, and drains.

Resists:  Unlike Growlanser 3, all characters have a default resist of 2 in all categories, and none of the armors provide a bonus either.  Resistances are as follows-
1: +(25?  50?)% damage taken
2: Neutral
3: -25% taken
4: -50%
5: -75%
6: Null
*: Absorb

In my view, all characters have what is effectively initiative, with action/range determining tiebreaks.  Spells tie up the caster while they're being charged, but the caster may stop, cast the spell, and begin a new action at any time.  Physicals are executed the moment they're selected and the character gets within range(generally not an issue in the DL/RPGmon), but suffer a cooldown time equal to the attacker's ATW.

Damage and status rates will be taken against the Infantry in the second to last plot battle, mostly due to their large numbers and assumed elemental neutrality.  Physical damage and status odds will initially be placed with the character, and spell damage will be placed in a later post, to conserve room.  Crits seem to do around 50% more damage than a regular hit.  Due to random variance, damage will be a rough estimate of average.

I'll place basic skill/magic/tech discriptions in a later post, to avoid any additional clutter.
