White Fiend (Lunar: Eternal Blue) vs Demi (Phantasy Star IV: End of the Millennium) - Ice is the wrong element to have here.

Reicher (Mana Khemia 2: The Fall of Alchemy) vs Protea (The Wizard of Oz: Beyond the Yellow Brick Road): Better damage/durability.

Heavy

White Fiend (Lunar: Eternal Blue) vs Demi (Phantasy Star IV: End of the Millennium): Demi kind of mocks his damage.

Middle

White Mage (Final Fantasy V)- vs Black Mage (Final Fantasy Dimensions)

Light

Jakob (Fire Emblem Fates) vs Camille (Celestian Tale: Old North)

Jakob (Fire Emblem Fates) vs Camille (Celestian Tale: Old North)
Hmm.  Camille might arguably double here (before Silver debuff), but it barely matters since she doesn't have the resource to legally do her double, although I guess it'd help if she wants to throw in a basic physical?  She'd also like some defend hype.

Anyway, Camille goes the 2x Jade Earring strat for maximum pierce damage and opens with a physical before she's Steel Shuriken debuffed.  Then she defends, and on turn 3 she Sharpened Bolt's.  If I do the math right, that's .93 PCHP, except a bit less due to Steel Shuriken debuff, but that isn't going to save Jakob.  (A dodge might, though.)  Jakob gets 3 Shuriken hits in.  Yeah no way that's deadly, he needs either a crit or a dodge.  There's about a 58% chance of that if you take all the numbers literally?  (.74 * .74 * .92 * .92 * .92)  But eh, you shouldn't because Camile has WTA with a bow, so Jakob's evade is worse than it looks.

Moral: Above-average speed and not completely ignominious damage goes far in Light.

Reicher (Mana Khemia 2: The Fall of Alchemy) vs Protea (The Wizard of Oz: Beyond the Yellow Brick Road): Thanks to the barrier, Reicher just avoids being 3HKOed by Magic Charge Ice Ball, which gives Remote Blade way too much time.

Heavy

White Fiend (Lunar: Eternal Blue) vs Demi (Phantasy Star IV: End of the Millennium): After Barrier, WF's peak buffed damage is a 4HKO. That's not going to cut it.

Middle

White Mage (Final Fantasy V)- vs Black Mage (Final Fantasy Dimensions): Somewhat ironically, the storebought FFD berserk-blocker is a hat that can not be equipped by mages. WM might well win without status anyway.

Light

Jakob (Fire Emblem Fates) vs Camille (Celestian Tale: Old North): Jakob is actually horrid against archers, because he loses his +3 attack from his dagger rank, which is a huge hit to his damage. I'm not even totally convinced that 0.93 is enough against him because of steel shuriken debuff + ITD not being great against Jakob (his HP's almost average) but I don't think it since Earring/Armlet allows Sharpened Bolt/Defend/Aim Shot to kill just as fast.
