13 Jade vs 23 Terra - Not sure if I see rub as OPB, but I know I don't see it as spamable and no way it hits Terra on turn one. Ultima spam works after that. (Terra draws 2 of my top 10 duelers in terms of power and wins, whatcha wanna bet she loses to some scrub eventually.)

14 Ryu 4 vs 66 Heat: Could definitely be argued here. But... I think Heat can stall Ryu4 enough, between Tentacles to stop ST, and NE damage + stat downs to wear down the breaths.
41 Rika vs 109 Cyril: Snow, why on earth would Cyril OHKO? His best damage is physical. So yeah, Rika mocks with defence buffing then blitzes the dreaded WORD OF DEATH stage with Shift/Saner/whatever.
13 Jade vs 23 Terra: Assuming Rub has an HP trigger. I should check.

14 Ryu 4 vs 66 Heat: Too bad lightning in BoF4 is a combo element that no lone dueler can use. I don't think Ryu has much hope to avoid being stalled out as a result.
