Summoners tend to be very powerful in a duel setting, as they can call in their monstrous hordes to do their bidding and their opponents find themselves outnumbered and outpowered rather quickly. Whil Chongara may not be a Spiran Summoner, he is still capable of calling in the hordes to drown his foes in damage and death. Whether it's calling in Raijin and Fujin to smash the enemy or Kelak to keep the support going, Chongara is a pretty capable summoner in the arena. Just don't ask him to do any hard thinking or fighting himself, as he isn't very capable of either.
