The "Silent King" has returned yet again for another match in the Dueling League! His powerful magic spells like Exa-Blast, Frost and Thunder, he can cover all his elemental bases easily. He also has the Heal spell for any time he's in trouble and needs a little bit of assistance. Let's not forget that Cai himself can shut down enemy magic-users as well with his Silent spell. Even if his magic can't be used, Cai has his trusty and thick dictionary to fall back on. While certainly not the most robust attack in the land, he can still use it to counter enemy attacks.
