A discussion for how many games we want running at a time is probably a good idea, but we should set this up so we know when people will be setting all this up.

Two categories of games: Large and Small. Large... will be 15 and up, small 14 and down. For simplicity's sake, primarily; 14 tends to be a more limited/quirk-based game, like what Cap'n K did. 15 and up allows for more... well, vastness.

I will edit this post with the updated list when I have time in general, so don't pester me too much!

Signups are hereby unofficially closed for the time being?  Consider how long it's going to be, and wait till the queue dies down a lot, to maybe 3-5 games, before signing up.

Have your game ready to go when your turn comes up, and start it promptly.  Start signups well in advance, and start your game as soon as it's reasonable.  I'd say reaching an endgame of ~5 or less people is a good time to start another; even if there is overlap, it's not horribly stressful to play day 1 in a second game. 

Don't wait for the previous game to fully end and then say "Whoops, I'm not ready, this will start in another week."  If you're not going to be set up and ready to go when it's your turn, I strongly advise letting the next ready person in line queuejump you.

I'll run my Wolverine mafia in chat Thursday night (the 20th).  Just 5 people needed, preferably those who know a bit about Wolverine (so you get the jokes).  Game will be short and deadly, just like Wolverine!

Quite the list.  Anyway, yeah, actually going to start working on it.  Shadow Hearts mafia, tentatively 25 people, might change between now and then as the balance will be... unique.

Well, I may as well toss what other ideas I have on the list now, since it'll clearly be a while before it gets to be my turn again anyway.

Next thing I want to do is a small game. Classical composer Mafia. Yes, of course I'm serious. Twelve players max, minimal power roles. And, want to run a large (21 people max) Guilty Gear-themed game sometime thereafter.

It might also be a good rule of thumb, with a list this size, that people not be able to have their name on either list more than once at any given moment.  ie. have one short game in the pipe, and one long game in the pipe.

That said, I'd like to stick in two games, one big, and one small.

The Big One will be Nintenmafia, using random characters that have appeared on Nintendo consoles.

The small one will be the Ultimate Mafia of Ultimate Destiny.  And it will feature wacky power setups and a small cast for what should be a quick game.

Also, the restriction on "one game per category" should be enforced... though I don't think that's currently in issue. That was Excal's idea, to give credit.

At the moment we have 12 large, 8 small. That's silly.
The list of large shouldn't be longer than the small list.

We should cap the Large list down to about 6 or 7, and the small one to 8-ish. The latter isn't an issue at the moment. As for the former, once the list reaches 6 games remaining, we can think about re-opening it.

If your game isn't ready to go and the one before you has started, either get it ready or post as much to let the next person in line know. Otherwise... we could get into a situation where the whole list is unprepared.

Both my games are about ready to go >.>
I might adjust my Death Note game to about 15 people though. Plenty of time before that starts though, so may depend on interest.
