1. Due to the size of the tournament, for the first two rounds only one picture will be provided by me.  Many pictures have kindly been provided here. Relatedly
2. Feel free to vote on characters you are unfamiliar with, provided you look them up for visual reference.

Percival Fraulein (Suikoden III) vs Tiki (Fire Emblem:Awakening) - Manakete Supremacy.  Also not a dude.
Quistis Trepe (Final Fantasy VIII) vs Rose (Legend of Dragoon) - Onesided.  Do not like Quistis' choice of fashion.
Jean (Lunar: Eternal Blue) vs Chris Lightfellow (Suikoden III) - Close, but I think it's largely a combination of Suikoden inspiring feelings of 'eh' and the fact that you have to pick between armor!Chris and untiedhair!Chris.
Raquel Applegate (Wild Arms 4) vs Kika (Suikoden IV) - Something about Kika's outfit REALLY bothers me--think it's the pirate look in general.

Lawfer (Valkyrie Profile) vs Squall Leonhart (Final Fantasy VIII) - I am setting fire to this match.  By popular demand I will use a dicebot to vote.  The dicebot voted Squall.
Volug (Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn) vs Excellen Browning (Super Robot Taisen Series) - Not a dude.  Also is Excellen.
Yueying (Dynasty Warriors Series) vs Leliana (Dragon Age: Origins) - Yeah, Yue's got the better getup here by far.
Jakuri (Ar Tonelico Series) vs Igrene (Fire Emblem: Binding Blade) - Noooot a fan of blondes in general.  Excellen's an exception.

Mitsuru Kirijo (Persona 4 Arena) vs Arshtat Falenas (Suikoden V) - Arshtat looks a bit...oversized.  Also the combat suit or whatever it is that Mitsuru wears is pretty awesome.  If only she got rid of the fur coat/cape/whatever that thing is...
Lyn (Fire Emblem: Blazing Sword) vs Xenobia: (Lunar Silver Star) - No, Xenobia, you are not hot.
Lorelai (Suikoden Series) vs Katt (Breath of Fire II) --Lorelai's largely a "eh."
Kallian  (Xenoblade Chronicles) vs Nina Wyndia (Breath of Fire II) - Not a dude.

Iori Yagumi (King of Fighters series) vs Hrist Valkyrie (Valkyrie Profile series) - VP2 Hrist is good here.  Also is not a dude.
Alice Elliot (Shadow Hearts) vs Millia Maxwell (Tales of Xillia) - Look, while the incomplete SH2 Alice was decent, SH1 Alice is...not exactly my choice.
Sopko (The RPGDL) vs Aya Brea (Parasite Eve) - Not a dude.
Edea Kramer (Final Fantasy VIII) vs Karin Koenig (Shadow Hearts: Covenant) - Look, I...don't even know what the appeal with Edea is from looking at her.  And Karin has German Army Uniform.  It's not easy to beat German Army Uniform.

Percival Fraulein (Suikoden III) vs Tiki (Fire Emblem:Awakening): Percival is good looking but I never thought he was especially good about it. Tiki's artwork shows her to be quite the stunner.
Quistis Trepe (Final Fantasy VIII) vs Rose (Legend of Dragoon): Never thought of Quistis as particularly pretty.
Jean (Lunar: Eternal Blue) vs Chris Lightfellow (Suikoden III): Chris is easy on the eyes when she smiles.
Raquel Applegate (Wild Arms 4) vs Kika (Suikoden IV): Suiko 4 artwork doesn't seem that appealing.

Lawfer (Valkyrie Profile) vs Squall Leonhart (Final Fantasy VIII): Sure.
Volug (Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn) vs Excellen Browning (Super Robot Taisen Series): Excellen is kind of generically beautiful but it works.
Yueying (Dynasty Warriors Series) vs Leliana (Dragon Age: Origins): Looks good. Never liked Leliana's eyes even if her character was a ton of fun.
Jacqli (Ar Tonelico Series) vs Igrene (Fire Emblem: Binding Blade): The FE status image didn't really strike me. Shoulderpads or something.

Mitsuru Kirijo (Persona 4 Arena) vs Arshtat Falenas (Suikoden V): Like her clothes better.
Lyn (Fire Emblem: Blazing Sword) vs Xenobia: (Lunar Silver Star): Royce was the pretty one.
Lorelai (Suikoden Series) vs Katt (Breath of Fire II): Not into that freaky shit.

Percival Fraulein (Suikoden III) vs Tiki (Fire Emblem:Awakening)- One of teh closer matches this week.  Tiki got pretty hot growing up, but Percy's put come definite thought into how to look cool in armor and has an overall nicer design.
Quistis Trepe (Final Fantasy VIII) vs Rose (Legend of Dragoon)
Jean (Lunar: Eternal Blue) vs Chris Lightfellow (Suikoden III)
Raquel Applegate (Wild Arms 4) vs Kika (Suikoden IV)- And anyone surprised at these outcomes has not been paying attention.

Week 1

Percival Fraulein (Suikoden III) vs Tiki (Fire Emblem:Awakening) - Close, but gonna give it to Tiki. If we ever got to see Percival in something besides his armor he might have a better chance. The armor is cool and all, but kinda bland for a beauty contest.
Quistis Trepe (Final Fantasy VIII) vs Rose (Legend of Dragoon) - Yeaaaaaaaaah, I was kinda one of those kids who thought Squall was a lunatic for ignoring Quistis in favor of Rinoa.
Jean (Lunar: Eternal Blue) vs Chris Lightfellow (Suikoden III) - Chapter 3 Chris is amazing.
Raquel Applegate (Wild Arms 4) vs Kika (Suikoden IV) - One sided for me.

Lawfer (Valkyrie Profile) vs Squall Leonhart (Final Fantasy VIII) - VP1 art style gives the male characters this...babyface kinda looks that I just can't quite ignore. Squall is hot, though.
Volug (Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn) vs Excellen Browning (Super Robot Taisen Series) - Yup.
Yueying (Dynasty Warriors Series) vs Leliana (Dragon Age: Origins) - Good match, but style decides it.
Jacqli (Ar Tonelico Series) vs Igrene (Fire Emblem: Binding Blade) - I forgot who nommed Igrene, but good choice.

Mitsuru Kirijo (Persona 4 Arena) vs Arshtat Falenas (Suikoden V) - Wooof, bad draw for Arshtat. Hell of a looker to wind up against someone like Mitsuru round 1.
Lyn (Fire Emblem: Blazing Sword) vs Xenobia: (Lunar Silver Star) - Hmm. Honestly this is more of an art style preference.
Lorelai (Suikoden Series) vs Katt (Breath of Fire II) - No real comment here.
Kallian  (Xenoblade Chronicles) vs Nina Wyndia (Breath of Fire II) - *looks up Kallian* Uh...wings on back >>>>> wings on head.

Iori Yagumi (King of Fighters series) vs Hrist Valkyrie (Valkyrie Profile series) - VP2 Hrist is gorgeous.
Alice Elliot (Shadow Hearts) vs Millia Maxwell (Tales of Xillia) - Sure.
Sopko (The RPGDL) vs Aya Brea (Parasite Eve) - Flame Champion could take either of the above pair and slug it out nicely with Karin from below, but Aya is out of his league.
Edea Kramer (Final Fantasy VIII) vs Karin Koenig (Shadow Hearts: Covenant) - Meanwhile, Karin beats Edea handily.

Easy ones first, commentary and hard ones once I have my own net again.

Percival Fraulein (Suikoden III) vs Tiki (Fire Emblem:Awakening): Close, but I feel like Tiki is gonna be more interchangable in this contest.
Quistis Trepe (Final Fantasy VIII) vs Rose (Legend of Dragoon): The teacher/librarian fetish has never done it for me.
Jean (Lunar: Eternal Blue) vs Chris Lightfellow (Suikoden III): Chris is just fucking gorgeous.
Raquel Applegate (Wild Arms 4) vs Kika (Suikoden IV): Just well composed. She might lean a bit average, but I think the whole package comes out pretty cute.

Lawfer (Valkyrie Profile) vs Squall Leonhart (Final Fantasy VIII): No brainer to me on this one. Just not that fond of Lawfer.
Volug (Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn) vs Excellen Browning (Super Robot Taisen Series): Excellen is just kinda eh. Not striking any chords with me.
Yueying (Dynasty Warriors Series) vs Leliana (Dragon Age: Origins): Closer than expected, but red hair does it.
Jacqli (Ar Tonelico Series) vs Igrene (Fire Emblem: Binding Blade): Different outfit on her would have made her way better, but she crushes Jacqli.

Mitsuru Kirijo (Persona 4 Arena) vs Arshtat Falenas (Suikoden V): Fucking crushes.
Lyn (Fire Emblem: Blazing Sword) vs Xenobia: (Lunar Silver Star): Lyn is adorable, and I generally favor adorable over pretty.
Lorelai (Suikoden Series) vs Katt (Breath of Fire II): I'm not actually that fond of Katt appearance-wise.
Kallian  (Xenoblade Chronicles) vs Nina Wyndia (Breath of Fire II): Not the best Nina, but better than Kallian.

Iori Yagumi (King of Fighters series) vs Hrist Valkyrie (Valkyrie Profile series): Not that fond of Iori, but less fond of Hrist.
Alice Elliot (Shadow Hearts) vs Millia Maxwell (Tales of Xillia): I may love Alice to death, but Millia is adorable.
Sopko (The RPGDL) vs Aya Brea (Parasite Eve): Sopko crushes this one.
Edea Kramer (Final Fantasy VIII) vs Karin Koenig (Shadow Hearts: Covenant): Edea is hideous, Karin's got lovely red hair.
