Ok. Board transfer complete, NR Mafia pretty much coming to a close (and before I could post too! Damn you network outages!). Guess what time it is!?

This mafia will be moderated by me, with a completely random set of themes. Powers will be pretty limited. Looking for a max of ~14 people to play. Also would like someone else to sign up (preferably more experienced than me) to aid in modding (and looking over powers). If more than 14 sign-up, I'll try to incorporate you in.

What the hell, I'll play. This is going to be so bad for me, but alright. Hopefully you should be able to find at least two more people- I wouldn't really want to play with less than 9.

Might I suggest holding off on this a bit? I think that more people would want to sign up after the rush of breaks and holidays is over.

Might as well join, though, yeah, hold off on actually starting it if you do get people interested fast suddenly; after all, DL Meet Up is happening next weekend, combined with the Holidays as Ciato mentioned, it'd be a bad time to start.

That was my intention - I had no plans of starting this until after the New Year. Figured everyone could be a little burned out on Mafia at the moment, plus the holiday stuff. I just mostly want to have the people to play, send out their roles so they can look over them, and fix any questions that might arise early.

I got a bit busy and distracted over the past few days >_> Actually, I've been gone for a few days with very intermittent access to the internet. I'll be sending the roles out in an hour or so (11:30 AM EST). The game will start (posted topic) on Monday, probably around 12pm EST (since my rotation is a night rotation that day, I'll be posting early).

Does anyone have an issue with the first day running 24 hours, and all subsequent days going 48 hours?

I'd really rather not have a 24 hour day 1. With this group, that's just asking for an endless flood of activity that will cause anyone who does anything besides play mafia for day 1 to be labeled a lurker. And with folks who have weird access/weird timezones/real life/etc, that seems like it would just be more hassle then benefit.
