The Cylons have a huge numbers advantage in the dogfights behind the Galactica, and they are finally able to land enough shots to take down Apollo and his wingman.  The group of fighters near the front of the ship don't fare much better.  They've managed to protect the civilians so far, but they can't hold on much longer...

d8 rolls for the rear section: 3(miss), 7(Viper damaged), 8(Lady Door used Evasive Maneuvers), 4-2(miss), 3(miss), 1(miss), 1(miss), 8(Viper destroyed)

Goddamn it, though. Morale is low, people are dying and/or starving, we're SO low on fuel, and the jump is not quite in sight. What a sorry lot we are.

Having lost his Viper, Apollo decides to just use Galactica instead and orders the ship to fire on the Raiders behind the ship.  While the shots only hit one of the enemy ships, the barrage does keep them from being able to immediately follow the civilian ships that had left the area.

d8 roll for Weapons Control was 8, one Raider is destroyed.

An investigation has been ordered to determine exactly what had happened to the water tank which recently exploded.  The preliminary findings seem to indicate that it was sabotage, but nothing is certain yet...

I don't think it matters though.  With this being Heavies+JP, the -JP crisis already gone, and only one civvie potentially at risk, it's nearly impossible for Team Cylon to pull this out.  We'd need to hit -2 to a resource or some other source of -JP on Stel's turn, and there are only a handful of ways to do that, most of which are already gone.  :sadrobot:

Well, Andrew, I was hoping Stelas would choose to play a card (or reveal that he wasn't) before going into that, but sure, yes, we should probably miss it.

Though managing a 6+ would be nice, just to give us a little more buffer room.

I've been out of town so I can't really get after you for the last couple days, but I'm putting the same deadline on this check as I did on the last one now.  If there is no commentary or playing within 24 hours, all remaining players will be assumed to be playing 0.
