I will say this much: when the news of this shit broke out in my local fighting game community here in RIchmond, a lot more people were upset about it and crying to improve the FGC and leave sexism behind[including me, of course.] than there weren't. It's all extremely horrible, but we don't need to keep it that way. See Gref about how exposure of this can bring light to an issue and get people to realize and strive for improvement. In a better world shit like this would never happen though ._.

Super Robot Taisen OG Saga: Masoukishin II Revelation of Evil God:
Wow that's a long title. So uh yeah just cleared stage 28 in this so far. Really enjoying it, Masoukishin was always kind of a neat game with spotty execution and this is a very stark improvement, while still very much resembling the first game. Bigger battles, less terribly balanced mechs[Cybuster notwithstanding], better map variety, much better visuals, even better music, etc;. Going into heavier details would entail spoilers though, so I'm trying not to say too much.

Shotty is on stage 2. The game wants you to rip their heads off on stage 1. This becomes less practical when you start fighting more of them.

Family got a 360 w/ Kinect and like 7 games that came with both the console and the kinect. Games include Halo Reach, Fable III, Forza Motorsport 3, The Gunstringer, Fruit Ninja Kinect, Kinect Sports, and Kinect Adventures. :F

My favorite RPG surprise of the year was definitely Tales of Xillia, thinking on it. Sure, the music was kinda bad, but I liked pretty much everything else. Big stride improvements in a lot of areas in the series, namely polish. Saving anywhere? Instant warping between major visited locations? Better skill learning system than ToV? In-battle party member switching?! And then you add the Link mechanic and you have a party of a game. The cast was executed quite well, both in the gameplay and with their actual characterization in the story and in all the optional skits, and I didn't even have major issues with the plot[though disclaimer, it takes a lot for an RPG story to actually bother me].
