Both Irving and Kerrigan have had great experience fighting against alien invaders - and, in some cases, being the invaders themselves.  It'll be anyone's game - the Zerg Swarm is something not to be underestimated, but Irving is far spryer than he looks, and when you're villainous and smooth-talking enough to bed your sister...well, you're fucked up, but you're also pretty evil.

Honestly, these two could be brothers - I mean, the yellow on Burns' face is probably more due to radiation exposure than anything.  Look at them - wrinkles both!  In any event, the power of the Empire might be formidable, but Mr. Burns' manipulative hand controls worlds by itself - two great conspirators duel against each other in a battle that all old geezers would be proud of!

Dr. Drakken's invented many rockets in his time, but he may not be able to stop the rocket he'll be facing this week.  Of course, that's assuming Team Rocket can even find his lair to begin with - Dr. Drakken is known to keep lakes and evil stars around his fortress...er...wait, sorry, wrong one.

Emperor Palpatine vs. Mr. Burns - Palpatine is a failure who has an 0-2-1 all time fighting record in Star Wars.  That said, at least his clones kill off the Jedi order.  Burns is made up pure evil, but sadly the type of show he is in doesn't allow for him to commit genocide.

Odio vs. Demona - Demona is pretty damn awesome as a villain. I don't get the Odio hype.
