Tons of internal shuffling as well of course. Mostly moving SH2 down a bit because its gameplay is not that great even though its plot is. Reminds me of Suikoden V without all the mass frustration in its gameplay (aside from Idar Flamme which was the main motive for this 'downgrade'). The replay of the FF series reminds me that all three games in the PS1 era are a big blob of meh so they are all in the big blob of meh category, except one has Zidane so it is lower than the other two. Also watched a replay of Xenogears which generally raised my opinion of the game, although not having to play it helped significantly since that's a lot of what I hate about the game (that and Fei). I also decided that my excessive cruelty to VP2 is unjustified; even if the skill system makes me want to jab my eyes out with an ice pick, it has Rufus and Alicia who are cool and its gameplay isn't that bad or anything. Other than that, generally shuffling down games I stopped playing due to sheer apathy (Grandia 1 and CC) and raised a couple of games that I realized I enjoy playing more than the ratings reflected.

Added Dragon's Dogma at 8/10
Added Elder Scrolls Skyrim at 6/10
Raised Exit Fate from 7/10 to 8/10
Lowered Final Fantasy 13 from 7/10 to 6/10
Lowered Shining Force from 6/10 from 5/10

Cthulhu Saves the World is fun, but nothing special. Dragon's Dogma is really special, but not a genre I'm all that fond of. Skyrim is... big.

Replays of Exit Fate and Shining Force convinced me they weren't in the right places. Final Fantasy 13 just looks worse on reflection.

Lowered all SSI AD&D Gold Box games 1 rank except the two Buck Rogers games. I tried replaying the Gold Box games again and found that a lot of their mechanics are just too painfully AD&D 2e to leave them as high as they were across the board (all poison is instant death? Really?). Matrix Cubed holds up the best and doesn't move, all the others drop.

Demon's souls: Up to 10/10.
Deux Ex Human Revolution down to 7/10. Replaying this is shockingly boring. Even throwing fridges is boring. What has happened.
Witcher 2: 7/10. This is going to age badly, but right now it's decent.
Dragon Quest Monsters Joker 2: 5/10. Fun with no soul whasoever.
Deus Ex 1: 5/10. Soul with no fun whatsoever.
Vagrant Story down to 5/10. Like Witcher 2 except it has already aged badly.
Baldur's Gate 2 up to 4/10. I'm trying and failing to get back some Grefter cred here.
SD Blader: 4/10.
Brandish 2: 3/10.
Brandish up to 2/10. I'm giving it a higher rating every update. When will this end!?
Gothic 4 *: 1/10. I have more time for random NES RPGs than for this.
Ar Tonelico *: 0/10. Fuck no.

Final Fantasy Legend 1, 2, Unlimited Saga up to 6/10. SaGa. How I hated you at first.

Update:

Added:
-Mario and Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story at 6/10
-XCOM: Enemy Unknown at 8/10
-Lost Odyssey destarred and moved to 5/10

I'm unsure on all of those, they're all borderliners (Bowser at the top of its rank, the others at the bottom). Subject to change.

Other adjustments:
-Shadow Hearts: From the New World up to 8/10. Yeah this game has aged well to me.
-Breath of Fire 4 down to 7/10. I still love the game so I feel about this, but I don't think it's quite good enough at anything to be an 8. I kinda feel this way about most of the BoFs (although the others are weaker, the same idea applies).
-Grandia 2 down to 4/10. Meh, realised during Tide's replay that I was more interested in mocking the game than I was analysing it, not really a good sign. There are promises of a good game in there, but that's not the game they made.

Since I was bored and have been teaching stats of late, I decided to do some math on my ratings list. My RPG ratings have a mean of 5.49 (5.5's around what I shoot for), a median of 5, and a standard deviation of 2.48. If ratings are supposed to approach a normal curve, then I have too many 9's and 2's, and not enough 6's. (This may or may not have motivated me to decide on 6 for Bowser instead of 7. <.<)

Added Star Ocean: The Last Hope at 8/10. So hey, this was good. Probably would have gotten a lot of attention if more of us still played the major releases of the genre.
Added Fire Emblem: Awakening at a low 8/10. Ultimately I think I like the glory FEs (7-10) all more than it due to no ninja reinforcements and being more strategically sound, but it's still good.

List is becoming too top-heavy, so:

Grandia 3 down to 8/10. The latest replay of it was starting to feel old. Still great but my other 9's were more replayable.
XCOM and Xenosaga II down to 7/10. Not much to say here.
Don't want to move any 7's down at the moment.

Since everyone else is updating, and it's been almost exactly a year since I last updated... not that many RPGs, actually.

Fire Emblem Awakening: 9/10. Pretty cleanly my favorite Fire Emblem by a lot as I already want to play it a third time, when I've never even finished a 2nd playthrough of the others (except FE9). Likable characters & lots of support conversations to unlock will do that since that was kind of where the series most could be improved; it's very difficult for even a game with totally awesome gameplay to go over 8/10 if it tries to coast on just gameplay for me.
Diablo 3: 8/10.
Growlanser: Wayfarer of Time: 7/10.
X-COM: Enemy Unknown: 7/10. Not exactly an RPG but since others have listed it surewhynot. (starred, unfinished, doubt it will matter.)
FF13-2: 7/10. (Also starred, may matter as if I can't shake off ennui enough to finish the damn game at SOME point it's going to a 6/10.)

I got a Vita. Let's add all these Vita games:

Tactics Ogre (PSP) added at 9/10. Lots of love put into this remake, and Tactics Ogre was one of the game the most deserving of that love. The newer translation makes me appreciate everything, even Chapter 4 (It doesn't derail nearly as much as FFT in the end!)
Tactics Ogre (Snes/PSX) down to 6/10. I have to give it credit, but it's now obsolete.

Persona 3 Portable added at 8/10. Very few additions in comparison, but they're all great. The design document had three things on it: "Add Yattaf. Stop the AI controlled PCs BS. Streamline town shit." Fantastic. Especially Yattaf.
Persona 3 + FES down to 5/10. Also obsolete. The Answer? Look, I'm all about dungeon crawling and even I thought the Answer was bad.

Ys: The Oath in Felghana added at 7/10. Amazing crafting system: You pay money and ore and the weapon is automatically upgraded. WOAH.
I still haven't finished it though.

Ys Origins added at 6/10. Unbalanced lovely mess.
There are times when I just want to be a red haired swordsman bumping into monsters at extreme speed and giving apples to people.

Wild Armx XF added at 6/10. The class system saves the game. I also like the generics and the dog. But... It was so very unelegant compared to TO, both played back to back. (In storyline, characters, design, music, map design...)

Final Fantasy IV : The After Years / Complete added at 6/10. Overpowered Edward FTW

ZHP added at 6/10. Hits all the right gameplay notes for me, as far as a NIS game can. But the main game talks too much and the aftergame was designed by a madman.

Persona 1 stays at 4/10. I can't say the Snow Queen quest made a really great impression.

Zenonia added at 3/10. 10 FPS action game with a generic plot and a dumb battle system. The game gets a little bit of sympathy from me because the main character can be a real idiot.

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure (Snes) added at 1/10. Great aesthetic, and the worst gameplay in an RPG ever.

Cladun: This is an RPG! added at 0/10. Maaaybe not that bad, but just thinking about it makes me angry. This doesn't happen with the 1/10 games.
