Galcian (SoA) Galcian vs Lamington Lamington (Disgaea)

Oblivion Knight
Galcian was confident that he'd take down the Seraph...after all, Ash had defeated an both angel Dolf and Kefka, and Galcian had beaten Ash...I'm sure you see where this is going.

Unfortunately for Galcian, he died before redeeming his soul. And what happens when you die? Well, if you're a human whose committed sins, then you get reincarnated as a Prinny. Since Galcian kind of skipped the rebirth and reconcilliation part of his death, Lamington decided to make him atone mid-match.

Galcian was fairly surprised when he had shrunk down to the size of a penguin, but even more so when Ramirez ran screaming into the arena, picked him up, and hugged him like a little child's toy.

"I love you my little penguin Galcian! I will hug you, and feed you, and love you and call you George!"

"Dood...."

Galcian: 10
Lamington: 17

Profound Darkness (PS4) Profound Darkness vs Zio Zio (PS4)

Pipe Dreamer
The Profound Darkness is a generous being of evil. It taught Its followers many things. Zio was learned in the areas of stylish dress, plot invincibility, and permanently killing playable characters. Oh, and he wasn't too shabby in a duel, either.

The Profound Darkness is also a smart being of Evil. It was careful not to let Its followers exploit Its one weakness. Zio was not learned in the area of powerful Holy-elemental techniques. And after one casting of Megid from the Darkness, everyone knew why.

Profound Darkness: 31
Zio: 11

Jade (BoF1) Jade vs Indalecio Indalecio (SO2)

Tonfa Baton

Jade was worried about his next match. He knew that his opponent was very similar to Jade himself: insane durability and an overkill spell. He also knew that Earthquake > BoltX. But then he got an idea.

---

As soon as the match began, Indalecio started charging up his mighty Earthquake spell, knowing he would easily outslug and outlast his enemy with EQ and Fairy Heal.

However, Jade had prepared for this. He had trained the whole week by frying random Lights and Middles with BoltX and had gained a lot of experience. And now that training was going to pay off.

His giant ugly bug form evolved into a giant ugly flying moth form.

Indy's Earthquake missed. He was shocked.

"Impossible! You're supposed to be a BoF boss, not some Pokémon freak!"
"Bwahahaha! My training has made me invincible! Your great spell of doom is useless! But my BoltX is still powerful as ever! Prepare to die!"

Jade's great plan had succeeded. He had shutted down Indalecio's equivalent of BoltX. But he had forgotten one tiny detail, that was going to be his downfall.

"You know", Indalecio said as he fried Jade with an Explode spell,"some of us Godlikes have more than one powerful spell. Try to do your homework better next time."

Jade: 8
Indalecio: 35

Ellen Kirishima (Pers) Ellen Kirishima vs Kuja Kuja (FF9)

Oblivion Knight
Ellen's a model. Not an ultra-successful supermodel, but a model nonetheless. Unfortunately, it would take a supermodel of epic proportions to defeat the thong-infused modelling powers of Kuja. Really, how can you expect a minor model to fight back against something as hideous as that? Now, if this were Claudia Schiffer vs. Kuja, we might have a match...

Ellen Kirishima: 8
Kuja: 25

Teepo (BoF3) Teepo vs Alena Alena (DW4)

Meeplelard
Teepo is a giant Dragon
Alena is a princess

As fairy tales often tell us, Dragons kidnap princesses and keep them hostage til they are beaten by the hero. While chances are, same will happen to Teepo, said hero hasn't come quickly enough to save Alena, thus giving him the match

Teepo: 20
Alena: 19

Starphoenix das Helpoemer
Teepo: Tyrant Dragon of Merciless Doom.

Alena: Cute Princess with Fists of Doom.

Which one do I fear more? Alena on PMS, but that's niether here nor there. Aside from that, I believe Triple Blow can miss... and with Alena, every shot has to count or... well... you know... DEATH.

Laike (Lunar1) Laike vs Chaz Ashley Chaz Ashley (PS4)

Pipe Dreamer
The match quickly dissolved into an argument about which of the two fighters was the more irresponsible hero. Much mud was slung over both Laike's forsaking his position as a Dragonmaster and Chaz's morale meltdown on Rykros.

Laike quickly learned not to anger a fighter who knows Megid - but still a tad too late.

Laike: 8
Chaz Ashley: 33

Steiner, Adelbert (FF9) Steiner, Adelbert vs Gala Gala (LoL)

Oblivion Knight

Gala: Warrior monk, trained in the arts of fist-to-fist combat. Also a dedicated magic user, and enhanced with the power of lightning. Can stand up to the mighty Songi, and live to tell the tale.

Steiner: Pluto Knight, trained in the art of the sword. Knows nothing about magic, but doesn't need it with his heavy armour and huge sword. He kicked Kuja's ass, and Necron's too.

So, they seem kind of equal at first glance. However, here's a question I pose to you: when's the last time you saw the martial artist defeat the swordsman in a fight? Really, never?

Well, I guess that holds true here too....*SHOCK*

Steiner, Adelbert: 33
Gala: 5

Dias Flac (SO2) Dias Flac vs Fogel Fogel (OB)

superaielman
Dias is a solid heavy. He has high defense and speed, and and can match swords with most fighters.

Fogel isn't like most fighters. He bests Dias in every possible way, including style. It won't take long for the Green Dragoon to put Dias down, and move onto the next round.

Dias Flac: 15
Fogel: 23

Justin (G1) Justin vs Fu So Ya Fu So Ya (FF4)

superaielman
"Prepare yourself!" Justin quickly unleashed his trademark Heaven and Earth Cut, splattering poor FuSoYa in a single blow.

Justin sheathed his sword, and walked out of the arena. He didn't notice the enraged man who had watched his previous match.

"At least Nash is still left to smite this fool.. I should go to watch the end of his match."

Much to the blue haired man's surprise, Nash wasn't getting his hand raised in victory. In fact.."

"Winner, Vivi!"

The blue haired man looked over in shock, and saw that Nash was frozen in place, with a look of horror on his face.

"Damn. It appears this idiot has luck. First Lutz, and now Nash. I'll have to take more direct measures.."

Justin: 31
Fu So Ya: 16

Lord Windscar
FuSoYa, while being a slug, and a mage, also has respectable HP for one.He can resist the Heaven and Earth cut and cast mini on Justin. It goes like so.

Justin: Heaven and Earth cut

FuSoYa: Mini

Justin: What?!? Now all my damage has been reduced to 1!

FuSoYa: Yup, now I can take you out with my abnormally weak physical attacks!

Justin: Noooo! *runs out of the arena crying to Feena, losing the match by ring-out*

Grefter
Justin and FuSoYa faced off in a battle to see who had the most Spirit. Despite easilly proving the victor with a Heaven and Earth cut (especially thanks to FuSoYa confusing the meanings and opening up with his mostgodly move, Spirit). However Justin was inspired by the amount of spirit in the old man. So FuSoYa and Justin had an "adventure" out back in the dressing rooms when it was all over. Naturally this lead to Feena being incredibly irritated and went to find that whip to teach Justin a lesson later that night. Naturally Justin just took this as a neat little bonus on the side.

Nash Rumack (Lunar1) Nash Rumack vs Vivi Ornitier Vivi Ornitier (FF9)

Cmdr_King

Nash was lating in getting to the match. As such, he was still desperately fixing his hair (although it was, as ever, perfect anyway). The beginning of the match was called, so Nash quickly looked up and cast Stone on the blue-robbed Black Mage. Recovering from looking up too fast, he noticed that there were several such figures there. "Well... one of you must be my opponent!" Thus, he cast Stone again.
And again.
And again.
Until the whole set was statues. And still the match did not end. In despair, he cried "Where! Where is Vivi!"
"Uh... behind you."
Nash gulped, and was quickly hit with several Flare spells.
Vivi thought for a moment before leaving. "But... why would he turn all the visitors from the Village to statues?"

Nash Rumack: 22
Vivi Ornitier: 27

Meeplelard
Does it really matter how strong Vivi's Magic is, and how weak Nash's is? After Nash yells his infamous "Special Delivery" It'll be a match of Lightning Bolts, Petrify Spells and Sleep spells...against Vivi's staff whacks. I think its clear who wins this fight.

Rand (BoF2) Rand vs Destin Faroda Destin Faroda (OB)

Meeplelard
What's Rand's problem? Destin is pretty much quadra turning him

What's Destin's problem? Rand laughs at his damage, and has healing.

Match to the Farmtowner

Rand: 21
Destin Faroda: 15

Setzer Gabianni (FF6) Setzer Gabianni vs Agrias Oaks Agrias Oaks (FFT)

Sir Chris
So, Agrias vs Setzer, cool sprite person who has it for Celes vs Some chick who goes mute after chapter 2.

Let us peer in on the battle...

"Flashy moves little girl, but can your luck hold up against me?"

"..."

"Are you listening to me!?"

"..."

Agrias mumbles something that Setzer cannot here.

"What was that love?"

"...wish to destroy all minds, Holy Explosion!"

"Well love, let's see how the dice favor me now" *rolls his dice*

Well, the screen fades to black and we hear the FFT style scream. You know, the one that is really corny but truly shows how much pain and suffering the person who is screaming is in? Oh, and for those who are slow: It was a male voice

Agrias - 1 Setzer - Crystalized

Setzer Gabianni: 26
Agrias Oaks: 28

Meeplelard
Setzer vs. Agrias

Upon the beginning of the fight, Setzer, cunning as always, came up with a plan, when realizing he was fighting a blonde Swordswoman...not named Celes...

"I know this is a gamble but...if you promise to be my wife, I'll go easy on you and let you win the match"

With the thought of that, Agrias quit the match instantly. That strategy worked far better than he could have ever hoped too...

Metriod
Simply put: I'm rather harsh on judging characters based on equipment I haven't seen in action. I've never seen Setzer's fixed dice, so his best damage is in fact his slots. Given this...Agrias is just all-round sturdier and a better damage dealer, not to mention that her skills can't fail and have a chance at status. Match to the Holy Knight.

Bowser Koopa (SMRPG) Bowser Koopa vs Lezard Valeth Lezard Valeth (VPs)

DragoonJay
"Bwa ha ha! I've got your princess in my castle! Get her back... if you dare!"

Lezard looked over the note with horror. "How could he do such a thing?! To dare attempt to harm Lady Valkyrie is an travesty! I shall have to show him manners."

The sorcerer quickly gathered up his equipment and rushed to the whereabouts of Bowser's lair. As he approached, he noticed that there was considerably less opposition than he had anticipated. In fact, everyone that confronted him had done so from behind, as if they were actually headed towards the same goal as he was...

The answer became clear as soon as the ruins of the formerly grandiose fortress came into view. Chunks of stone were strewn about the ground, and what appeared to be the remains of a platoon of Koopa Troopas covered them. Lezard was suitably impressed.

"You have to help me!" came a weak call from behind a broken column. Lezard looked and found the broken body of Bowser.

"Help you, whatever for, you deluded fool?"

"She... she woke up, and started screaming. I laughed at her, and then she just pulled this sword out of nowhere and started attacking! So many dead..."

"Then perhaps you should think twice before you consider harming my Lady Valkyrie again."

Despite himself, Bowser chuckled. "You know this is interference, right? I've won my match."

"My true love is safe. There is no prize in the worlds greater than that. Speaking of which, I believe I hear her heading this way. Best of luck with the whole 'living' thing."

"No! You can't!"

Lezard merely walked away, slowly, savouring the tortured cries of his opponent.

Bowser Koopa: 23
Lezard Valeth: 22

Mepmep
Lezard blasts the living crap out of Bowser sending him flying across the arena. Bowser finally hits the wall and is sent hurling back at Lezard. Lezard quickly steps out of the way, but trips and knocks himself out on a rock. Bowser finally comes to a stop and comes out of his shell.

Keele Ziebel (ToE) Keele Ziebel vs Jacques Jacques (S3)

Hunter Sopko
On the one hand, you have a quiet, introspective, S-Class Sharpshooter who has good taste in women.

On the other, you have an unassuming, intelligent Craymel Mage who thought that after being thrown out of the Craymel Acadamy and being called a traitor by the King (both for the same reason), thinks it's a good idea to then go to the church for help.

Hmm... Aila's gonna be quite happy after Jacques wins this one. She loves a man with common sense.

Keele Ziebel: 14
Jacques: 21

Meredy (ToE) Meredy vs Rikku Rikku (FFX)

Veryslightlymad
Meredy happily ran into the RPGDL arena, Quickie in tow, and faced down her opponent. The usually as-cheerful Rikku stood at the other end, not looking very happy. Meredy didn't question why, she just went into action, when the bell rang. She began casting a spell, and sent Quickie to keep the much faster Rikku tied up. It wasn't the best of plans, but Meredy figured it was the best way to keep Rikku out of her hair.

Rikku, for her part, didn't move forward at all. When the tiny blue creature finally made its way over to her, the crowd collectively gasped, as Rikku socked it in its tiny face.

"Oh, I feel horrible about it, too!" Rikku screamed, over the crowd. "But honestly! It's better than throwing high-yeild explosives at a young girl!"

"Quickie!" Meredy was shattered. "What did you do?!"

"I'm really sorry about that. But I can promise that he's nice and safe. This is a capture weapon. It sent your friend to the Calm Lands, where a friend will keep him safe. He might have a headache, though."

"I'll get you," Meredy promised, but she called her match anyhow, and ran out of the arena, after her beloved pet.

Rikku still felt she had to appeal to the crowd. "Yeah, I know. I'm sure the things OK. What's the worst that could happen?"

.....What, indeed.

Meredy: 12
Rikku: 23

Brey (DW4) Brey vs Meg Meg (Suikos)

superaielman
This.. is close. What tips it in Meg's favor isn't even Silent Lake, but her Trick Rune. One shot of that will put Brey in a bad way, and she'll get another turn sometime for the KO.

Brey: 16
Meg: 20

Genocide Heart
Yeah, Brey's durability is terrible.

Unfortunately, Meg's own durability is just as bad, and she has this tendency to fall if enemies look at her too long.

While she isn't quite Luc bad in the defense department, a savage stick beating from a BiKilled Brey should send her packing quite nicely.

Maybe next time, eh, Meg?

Delphinus vs. Yggdrasil IV and he Yggdrasil Gear Forces
~Cmdr. King

Bryan VanKoris@hotmail.com
While the Yggdrasil IV and the gears within it can inflict massive damage, I don't see them taking out the Delphinus in one turn. That being the case, Aika can restore the ship to full health every turn while the other two pound away with the guns and the occasional Moon Stone Cannon shot. The Delpinus wins a slugfest.

Delphinus: 14
Yggdrasil: 10
Tie: 11
