As the only member of the mole clan courageous enough to stand up to the goddess Myria, Mogu won't even blink his eyes at facing a mere Motavian. Gryz's big, slow axe will have plenty of problems hitting Mogu's tiny frame, and better yet, Mogu's superior speed means that Gryz won't be able to keep foot pace. One final advantage: Mogu is much, much prettier than his feathered and beaked opponent. We're not convinced that it will actually help him much, but you never know in a division like Light... |

A young Motavian with a big axe, Gryz is ready to crash the party known as RPGDL Light. His 0-1 record belies his tremendous strength for that division... but now that the one opponent who beat him is safely upgraded to Middle, Gryz is free to terrify his fellow Lights at his leisure - starting with Mogu. Gryz could easily win a straight slugfest against the mole if he chose, but it's much more likely that his axe will come Crashing down on the hapless Mogu in one swift, painless blow. Light, heed this warning: Gryz the Motavian has arrived, and he's ready for a championship. |
The Axeman Mogu knew that he would need to plan hard and plan well, if he wanted to defeat his superior opponent, the much-famed Gryz. He was not worried, though. He had a plan, one that utilized his natural capabilities given to him by the Mole Clan. Gryz entered the arena to find the ground filled with holes, tunnels that lead around the field. When the match started, Mogu darted out of one of these holes, his little claws digging into Gryz's side. He jumped down a different hole. For the next few minutes, Mogu went from tunnel to tunnel, harrying his larger opponent with quick attacks, until he was worn down. Finally, sensing victory was near, the little Mole jumped out of a hole directly behind Gryz, screaming "I have you now," in triumph. Gryz turned and hit him in the face with an axe really hard. MORAL OF THE STORY: Preperation and tactics are a couple of ways to get ahead in life, but it's hard to argue with an axe to the face. Mogu: 7 |
