Season 12, Week 4
Myria
(Breath of Fire Series)

Breath of Fire's most terrifying little girl has come a long way this season, having defeated apocalyptic angels and honorable knights alike. Now, Goddess Myria finds herself going face to fang with the reigning Godlike champion, Melfice. Myria is one of the few competitors fast enough to trade blows with the speed demon, and her Holocaust spells will put a severe hurting on the resilient demon-man. With her own healing magic to bolster her already superior durability, Myria looks to be the very one to end the Horn's championship run.

It's time for Melfice to get serious. His first six matches were mere warmups compared to the mighty challenge that Myria poses. The (almost-) benevolent goddess boasts a sizable durability advantage over the Horns of Valmar, and her Sanctuary attack will instantly erase any stat-boosting tricks Melfice tries to play. Fortunately, Melfice's damage is at least on par with his opponent's. With an edge in speed and far superior healing, not even a top Godlike competitor like Myria can keep him out of the fight.

Before the match, Melfice was thinking on how to use Myria as an ingredient for his soup.

"Hm...... seeing as I have many wisemen and warlocks already, I might as well just use the goddess as a seasoning"

When he entered the arena, Myria opened in her usual way.

"Will you be my friend?"

Melfice, upon seeing such a sweet little girl as his opponent, laughed, and realised how bad of an ingredient she'd make. "Too sweet, won't work... I might as well just kill her then!"

With that, Melfice used his signature Wailing Soul Slash attack...... and watched as Myria transformed and Holocaust'ed his ass into a fryed carcass.

Myria may nto be a good seasoning for the Wailing Soul Soup, but the Horns of Valmar make the perfect seasoning for Holocaust Steak.
