While the Lady of El Nido is more than Rikku’s match in beauty, she has a severe disadvantage in strength. Riddel isn’t exactly known for her physical prowess or durability. However, if she can get her hands on some white elements, she not only gains powerful attack spells, but also a bevy of healing and support magic. And if worst comes to worst, Riddel can always rely on her Tech Skills and trusty staff to defeat her Al Bhed opponent. |

Whether or not Rikku believes that Riddel's a fiend, there's no doubt that the Al Bhed lass will do everything in her power to win this match. While her physical attacking isn't the greatest, her Celestial Weapon will ensure a quick Overdrive. With Mix, Rikku can heal at will or inflict some serious damage. And if that's not enough, she can try and steal from her opponent's Element Grid, even if she can't use said elements - unless she finds a way to use them in some obscure Mix... |
superaielman Riddel isn't suited to the DL format, and this match proves it. Rikku, not the strongest of lights, takes her out by healing away her damage, and blasting her with a Mix at the end of the fight. Riddel Viper: 8 Murphix
