Season 7, Week 5
Rolf Landale
(Phantasy Star 2)

Megid! The one attack that has let Rolf trash a legendary hero. The spell that got him around the infamous Omnislash. The magic that proved Wren's durability is nothing when he's turned to scrap metal first turn. And it will indeed be Rolf's key to success this week. Fighting someone completely immune to physicals, Rolf clearly will be using two shields to raise his defenses, and turtle like Rune while blasting his foe. Tri Injury remains a threat, but with Rolf's amazing Mental stat, he might even manage to doge it. Given that his opponent is one of the frailest bosses around, it's possible Rolf can take the gold in one shot. Algo's greatest is making one last stand, and it's his greatest yet!

Malik has done it! He's made it to the Finals. His mother, god rest her soul, must be very proud of him. Sadly, that maternal pride won't be quite good enough - he needs to prove that he is the best, and what better way to do so than with a Heavy Championship? Fitting that this will be his toughest match ever; Rolf's Megid will make mincemeat out of Malik's scattered atomic structure, which means he'll have to get off a debilitating status shot with Tri-Injury before the legendary guardian can act. If the mad Prophet can manage that, though, it'll all be over. The cackling laughter coming from Malik Bendict as he trains can mean only one thing: he's as frighteningly quick as ever, and he's ready to win.

Major Damage
Since Malik isn't really tough, and Megid is one of the best meat grinders around, it seems that Alis' descendant is having a championship, eh?
