The Divine Fortress of Filgaia, the golem Asgard constantly evolves by analyzing data compiled during battle. He'll enjoy this fight, as his opponent stands to be an educational diversion. Riou's blazing speed and brutal Forgiver Sign could put Asgard in some serious hurt early in the match, but durability is a strong point for the android; a well-timed invincibility shield nullifies the worst of the damage, and after that Asgard's high defense will let him shrug aside the Jowston leader's physical blows. Asgard's Barrier attacks cuts his opponent's HP in half, and a well-timed physical may be just enough to finish Riou off once his healing is used up. If all else fails, Asgard can also go for his Wide Barrier attack, felling his foe in a single blow. |

Riou is going to have a rough match this week. His skill with the tonfa, as well as the power of his Bright Shield Rune, will be put to the test against the mighty Asgard and his invincibility barriers. If anyone can persevere and pull out a win, though, it's the young hero Riou. Unleashing Forgiver Sign will do great damage to even the strong metallic body of his robotic foe, and with Great Blessing and Battle Oath to keeping him fresh, it's quite possible that the second silent Suikoden hero will be able to send Asgard to the scrap heap. |
El Cideon One would think that with an opponent as dangerous as Riou, Asgard's programming would immediately analyze the Jowston leader's offensive capabilities to determine the safest course of action. Instead, the golem took a more unorthodox approach and begin with the following facts: [Target name: Riou Species: Human Subspecies: Bishie World of origin: Suikoverse] Collating these brought the android to the following conclusion: [Possible weakness: Yaoi] [Deploy decoy, designation "Jowy"] --- What followed is not appropriate to repeat here.
