Season 57, Week 5
Guy
(Fire Emblem: The Blazing Sword)

Middle has once again proven to be no match for a talented swordmaster. Guy's made short work of three foes with his excellent speed, hard hitting physicals and deadly critical hits. Nothing is different this week, as Guy brings all those skills to the table to brutally suppress Sharon. Evasion lets Guy handle both Sharon's magic and physical attack, and the clumsy girl is no match for Guy's graceful strikes. She may evade a single hit and perhaps can dodge another, if both luck and skill favor her for a fleeting instant, but Sharon has no defense that can withstand, and no hope against, the endless, unerring attacks from the Sword Saint.

On the wings of dragons, Sharon has been carried to yet another victory. Well, her trusty spear and Wind Rune didn’t hurt, either. After one more win, Sharon win finally claim the glory that Dragon Riders have been denied in the arena! Guy is a tough opponent, but Sharon isn’t worried. After all, with Shield Protect, Parry, and Armor Protect, Sharon boasts not only impressive defense, but also great evasion. While Guy boosts good evasion himself, between Wind of Sleep to null that evasion and then either Funeral Wind or a barrage of physicals paired with healing, Sharon shouldn’t have problems putting the swordmaster down for the count.

And so, Guy fled screaming from the sexy lady.

...

Wrong Guy?

No, it's not.

"You threw the match for me?" Priscilla sputtered. "I...don't understand."

"Look, sometimes you stand next to someone for a bit too long, and..." Guy muttered to himself, a little confused by what he was saying. "Look, just...don't worry about it, okay?"

"...um...okay." Priscilla shrugged.

Of course, Guy knows better than to expect much back. Priscilla's never going to be higher than a B with him. Too much water under the bridge with her brother.
