Season 56, Week 2
Kyogre
(Pokémon Series)

Some bucket of bolts? Really? That's the best Godlike can throw at the master of the oceans? Kyogre needs no introduction. He's fast, he's strong, he's got more ways to kill you than there are Zubats in caves, and he's more than ready to tear Diekbeck limb from limb. A Calm Mind or two to boost his damage to terrifying heights, and then a Hydro Pump or Waterspout to kill. With Drizzle's automatic Rain Dance, there's no way Diekbeck can survive for very long. And even if he does some damage, Kyogre still has Rest up his nonexistant sleeve. Legendary Pokemon are legendary for a reason, and Kyogre'll show the DL just why by stomping Diekbeck into the ground.

A relic of ancient times that has survived well into present-day and flaunts its powers in Godlike, Diekbeck is ready to prove whose ancient-ness implies greater power against the pokemon deity Kyogre. Sure, Kyogre may control the seas and water, but Diekbeck's been rusting for a long time and is still in great shape... what's a little more water going to do to him? Fail to affect his airtight casing? Diekbeck's envious skillset is far more versatile than any whale's, mocking the abilities of the entire Arc the Lad cast with tremendous ease. It won't take long to prove that the works of ancient times are far more likely to be able to outlast anything, even a 'living god' of a whale.

Just as Diekbeck throws the pokeball at Kyogre the usual Kyogre goes berserk occurs. What surprises most of the spectators is that the target somehow manages to bounce said pokeball to the thrower and capturing him instead.

"So I take it that Kyogre wins," Deis asked Bowser who happens to be this week's judge?

She gets no response but the look in his eyes made her felt uneasy.
