The ladies love Fereydoon. Why else would a love interest completely turn away from a traditionally plucky PC? He exists outside of the very laws of RPG love tropes! Of course, when he dons his Mask of Doom and starts Concentrating... that's when you need to watch out! Laser Silhouette is nothing to flinch at, even to those with HP reserves such as False Althena. Fereydoon is no slouch when it comes to the HP department himself. He's also fast enough that his lategame healing and defense buffs might come into play. It'll be a long, long match here and it might just go to whomever the crowd gets behind, and we already know who the females in the audience will be rooting for... |

Ho ho ho, another victim has not been able to stand False Althena’s divine beauty- or her near divine power. She may not be the real goddess, but when you’re hit in the face with Ray, you could certainly understand how False Althena fooled people for so long. Ray even demonstrates why the old adage “As quick as lightning” was never truer. Of course, Fereydoon also has impressive speed and damage; well, speed or damage. If the Sentinel wishes to use Laser Silhouette, his speed sinks, and Laser Silhouette even ignores the fake goddess’ abysmal defense, meaning that it only checks her gargantuan HP! A few Rays should sent this upstart back out the arena where he belongs. |
DjinnAndTonic The great Goddess Althena eyed Fereydoon suspiciously. What was this affront? A loyal servant of another tyrant sending one his best soldiers against her in the arena?! Outrageous. She knew Fereydoon to be a loyal soldier, so the merciful goddess decided she would give him a chance to surrender before destroying him with a Ray spam. Surprisingly, Fereydoon named a price. "Wait, I thought you were the intensely loyal Knight Templar-type?" She asked, incredulous. "I am, but you're a Goddess and Volsung is kind of emo, so if the pay is better, I can be persuaded." False Althena considered this. Well, he -was- better-looking than her other generals... And so Borgan found himself without a job. Fereydoon: 8 |
