The Brood's last descendant has such a long history in the Duelling League that, by this point, his opponents mostly blur into a hardly recognizable haze. And no offense to his foe this week, but he's bound to be engulfed by this mist of forgetfulness as just another of Infinity's victims. Elc's magical prowess, particularly defensively, is to be praised, but it can only buy him time before Ryu's myriad dragon morphs finally break through the layers of parlor tricks. Lacking the offense to deal with Ryu's durability, Elc can do little but to scrape for his life. And, the minute his Invincible is down, a single Bonebreak should put Elc down for the count. Simplistic and brutal, but effective. |

Now that Elc has given Naoto the traditional Godlike welcome, he can once again focus on trying to take down high Godlikes instead. Ryu 3 may be fresh off a championship, but Elc didn’t earn the title of God-Hunter for backing down from tough situations. With his Brave Wings boosting his stats to extreme levels, and Magic Canceller to halve most of Ryu’s damage, Elc is primed to take Ryu down in a slugfest. With his speed, Elc can throw up an Invincible and then start Dividing and Mind Busting away. Sure, Ryu may have armor to protect from these attacks, but luckily for Elc dragon forms override this! And if Ryu just tries to out wait Elc in human form, he’ll be meeting his end via charged physical instead! |
Lezard Valeth Nobody knows what happened at the Ryu Vs Elc match. It happened like this: Match starts. Mid way during the match an Edge Eblan and Timelord on a run from a raging Piastol and Ghaleon runs into the arena. At this point Edge throws a smoke bomb which covers the arena, followed with a voice which vaguely sounds like those two coming from the direction of Ryu and Elc followed with Tempest Dance and Fate Storm into the direction of said voice. When the smoke clears, it's obvious to the two that their target has already departed and they are off to hunt them down. The DL security team has wisely let them go for obvious reason. "What was that about," ask Megaman X? "Beats me", Zero replied. "So how do we solve this," X ask again? "Coin toss, what else." So X toss the coin and it lands on.... Ryu: 25 |
