Miss Shirogane specializes in quick victories against lower Heavies, and this run has shown what the Fortune arcana can make for her. Sadly, her lucky run is now -over-, as Naoto is no longer fighting fodder in the division. No, Naoto's fighting a former Godlike, one who had much success in the arena before a fluke downgrade. Fei's literal rampage throughout Heavy has shown everyone that he's in the wrong division right now. The contact can tear Gears apart with his bare hands on foot, he can battle Perfect Humans and Elements to complete standstills with nary an effort, and his unsealed power is enough to possibly destroy his entire world. What can a gender-confused teenage girl do against such strength, but quail at such might and run for her life? Not much, as the Godslayer will prove with martial prowess befit to an unholy, almighty demon. |

Many would see Naoto's run as quite a surprise, but this is hardly a fluke for someone sporting such quick wits. As one of the most competent instant death slingers in the Duelling League, the "Detective Prince" has managed to put up quite a stir in this set of fights, and she's about to close it with a golden fight. Fei Fong Wong, well-known Godslayer and former Godlike, would be quite a frightening foe indeed... but his strongest techniques are entirely useless against Naoto, who naturally immunes both Darkness and Light elements. His backup attacks aren't nearly as powerful (and not powerful enough, indeed), and are easily evaded. To make things even better, Fei is entirely vulnerable to Naoto's Mudoon and Hamaon spells. In short, he's the perfect prey for the astute detective. That Heavy championship is as good as hers. |
Blank Syndrome Does this even need to be elaborated upon? She's evasive and particularly strong against the offense he's sporting while he, as a PC, is fully susceptible to her greatest asset: her repertoire of frighteningly accurate instant death abilities. It's a bad matchup for Xenogears' own pugilist protagonist. Fei Fong Wong: 10 |
