Season 54, Week 3
Gryz
(Phantasy Star 4)

Gryz has braved through the Motavia deserts, the wrath of Zio and the frightening despair of the Profound Darkness. With such a curriculum backing up this warrior, a kid wildly swinging a folding table should be less effort than a bar brawl for the Motavian axeman. And Gryz has both the durability and strength to put Kanji in his place: with a single, unerring blow, his Crash skill will put the troublemaker out of his misery, and Gryz has a speed edge against the high-schooler to boot. The hardened berserker is going to show why pure rowdiness isn't enough to make waves in the arena, and he only needs his axe to do it.

After abusing the politically incorrect standards of the DL last week, Inaba's resident ruffian is up against a far more suitable foe: a battle-hardened Motavian berserker. Haha, that's what Kanji was waiting for, an actual challenge (beating up little kids is just mean)! But Rokuten Maoh and a big table are all Kanji needs to establish his turf: with his skyrocketing strength and endurance, Kanji can withstand Gryz' deadly Crash attack, and respond in kind with the ravaging power of his Primal Force skill. The Motavian may know rough environments, but he ain't met true pain until Kanji begins his hallowed renovation through force!

"Wait, how on Motavia did that happen?!"

Titania sighed. "I'm sure I've explained this to you more than enough times already. It's called the Weapon Triangle Advantage."

"But.. there's no table in that triangle! And neither of us are even from your world!"

Turns out, Anna forgot to include one thing in all of those tutorials. Lances beat Swords. Swords beat Axes. Axes beat Lances. But, regardless of what planet (or universe) you come from, nothing can beat a table to the head.
